Dwi Agustina Kurniawati<\/strong>, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga, Indonesia. She finished her bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia in 2003. Then she pursued her master\u2019s degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2006. She got Ph.D degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2016, in Systems and Engineering Management, School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, NTU, Singapore. She has published numerous papers, both in journals and proceedings (conferences). She also has reviewed lots of papers in Industrial Engineering area. Her current research is in supply chain, cross-dock warehouse, modelling system, operation research, scheduling and special issue in halal supply chain. She has received many research grants in her research area. Her biography is included in Who’s Who in the World year 2015 and 2018 and Who’s Who in Science and Engineering year 2016 and 2017 by Marquis Publication, USA. She was the former head of Industrial Engineering Laboratory and former head of Industrial Engineering Department. Currently, she becomes the head of Quality System Controller in her faculty and the head of Optimization, Operation Research and Industrial Systems Research Group (2ORIS-RG). She also becomes the member of INFORMS, IEOM and IAENG.<\/p>\n

She is a Professor of Supply Chain with the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Universiti Malaya, and was a Director of the University Malaya Entrepreneurship Centre (UMEC). As a director, she was responsible for identifying attractive opportunities for the graduates to be excelled as an entrepreneur through her excellent industry linkage, both locally and overseas. Under her directorship, her center has been selected as the best 20 entrepreneurship centers in the world for the ACCSB Entrepreneurship Spotlight Challenge. This challenge showcases how AACSB-accredited schools engage with business practice to provide students an opportunity to gain to core skills required to be successful in business whether that business is a start-up or a world-renowned corporation.<\/p>\n

Dr. Marco Tieman is a full professor with ELM Graduate School, Help University, in Malaysia. He conducts research in halal procurement, halal supply chain management, and halal risk and reputation management. He teaches the subject Supply Chain Management and Halal Business Management. He won academic awards for his groundbreaking research in halal purchasing and halal supply chain management. He is a member of the Senior Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Islamic Marketing (Emerald, United Kingdom) and an Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Islamic Marketing and Branding (Inderscience Publishers, Switzerland). He is the author of \u2018Halal Business Management: A guide to achieving halal excellence\u2019, providing practical advice and guidance how best to organise and upscale halal business operations.<\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Marco Tieman is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of LBB International, a supply chain strategy consultancy and research firm. He has been advisor to businesses and governments in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.<\/p>\n

He has a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the University of Twente (the Netherlands) and a PhD in Business Management from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (Malaysia).<\/p>\n

After completing his PhD, Irwandi joined International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) as an academic staff in 2001. Since then, Irwandi has held various administrative post, from Programme Coordinator, Deputy Dean (Students Affairs), and Deputy Dean (Research Initiatives) at Research Management Centre. In 2011, he received his Professorship and currently is appointed as the Director, International Institute for Halal Research and Training (INHART) of IIUM. Irwandi also serves as the Secretary, IIUM Council of Professor. His initial research began with his interest in lipid peroxidation and antioxidative activities of natural products.\u00a0 He then conducted studies on carotenoids and anti-cancer properties he started when he had 2-years fellowship in National Food Research Institute (NFRI), Japan, after receiving a prestigious Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) award. Currently, he is the principal researcher of 7 research projects, mostly in areas related to Halal Science, Food Biotechnology and Natural Products, funded by various funding agency such as the Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), and National Plans for Science and Technology (NPST), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\u00a0 Additionally, he is the co-researcher for another 14 on-going research projects. This is in addition to his 16 completed research projects where he was appointed as the principal investigator. To date, Irwandi has chalked up a remarkable achievement in research which include: 75 scientific papers published in reputable international journals; contributed to 30 book-chapters; presented more than 150 research papers in international conferences \u2013 including keynote address and invited lectures; written more than 50 non-refereed and mass-media scientific articles. His dedication to research has enabled him to file 3 patents under his name, and his outstanding achievement is recognized both locally and internationally, bagging more than 60 scientific awards. Irwandi is a three-time recipient of IIUM Outstanding Researcher Awards. He is also the recipient of Asia Pacific Young Scientist Award 2010 by SCOPUS and the prestigious Habibie Award 2013 in the field of Medicine and Biotechnology.<\/p>\n

Yandra Arkeman is an expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology. He earned a PhD in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with dissertation on Intelligent Manufacturing Systems using Genetic Algorithms from University of South Australia (2000). Then he conducted his first Post Doctoral research at Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Kansai University, Osaka, Japan, for 2 years (2004-2006) and his second Post Doctoral research at Department of Computer Science, George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, USA, for 4 months (2009\/2010). His biography is included in Who’s Who in Science and Engineering 1998\/1999 by Marquis Publication, USA.<\/p>\n

He had a Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from University of South Australia with the thesis on Application of Artificial Intelligence for Flexible Manufacturing Systems Design. He obtained his first degree in Agroindustrial Technology from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Indonesia, with the “skripsi” (undergraduate thesis) on CAQ (Computer Aided Quality).<\/p>\n

He is a Professor at Department of Agroindustrial Technology as well as Department of Computer Science, IPB University. Since 2008, he also works at Surfactant and Bioenergy Research Center (SBRC) at IPB University, as a researcher on bioenergy sustainability and climate change. He was the Head of SBRC in 2019. He is now the Head of Master Program in Agro-Maritime Logistics, Post Graduate School, IPB University. He is also a researcher at Halal Science Center, IPB University.<\/p>\n

In March 2014, he established a research group, namely CEALS (Center of Excellence for Agroindustrial Logistics and Supply Chain Management). In 2018 he established another research group, namely BRAIN (Blockchain, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Networks. He is now focussing his research in the areas of applications of AI, blockchain and IoT (Internet of Things) for Agri-food and Bioenergy Logistics and SCM.<\/p>\n

Dr Milani is a research scientist and team leader at the Commonwealth Science and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) since 2017. He currently leads a research project titled \u201cA novel platform for highly-integrated solar heat in carbon capture technology\u201d funded by Coal Innovation, Dr Milani is a research scientist and team leader at the Commonwealth Science and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO). In this project, Dr. Milani and his team raise the bar and propose a novel concept to completely solarise carbon capture technology and move away from the power plant steam cycle.<\/p>\n

Prior to this project, Dia was the key researcher working on advanced aqueous Ammonia carbon capture technology pilot plant commissioned and operated by CSIRO at Vales Point power station in Central coast, NSW, Australia. Before joining CSIRO, Dia was the energy team leader and Post-doctoral Research Fellow in LMS at the University of Sydney. He was involved in several research- based projects mostly related to the renewable hybridization in desalination, industrial eco-parks, and supercritical CO2 Brayton power cycles.<\/p>\n

Dia was awarded his PhD in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from The University of Sydney in 2012. He holds a Master degree in Environmental Engineering Management from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power division) from the University of Aleppo. Dia received several awards during his studies, including member of the Dean\u2019s List at UTS in 2006 for his outstanding academic achievements, the Alexander Hugh Thurburn Scholarship in 2008, and the innovation and enterprise award from the School of Economic and Business at the University of Sydney in 2011.<\/p>\n

In recent years, Ali has been working on circular economy transitions, identifying ways to translate the circular economy principles into practice.       Dr. Budi Hartono is an associate professor and the head of the Mechanical & Industrial Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). He received his Ph.D. from the Industrial & Systems Engineering Department, National University of Singapore (NUS), with the NUS and AUN-SEED joint scholarship program. Dr. Budi Hartono is the Chair of the Gadjah Mada Project Management Research Group (Gama-Pro) and a former director of the Project Management Institute Indonesia, Yogyakarta Branch.<\/p>\n

      Dr. Hartono’s research interests include project management, risk and complexity analysis, cognitive ergonomics, and systems approach.<\/p>\n

      Dr. Nguyen Duc Tuyen received the Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering at Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2006, the Master Degree in 2009, and Ph.D. in 2012 at Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan. From 2012 to 2015, he was also a researcher at Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, and a part-time Lecturer at Chiba University and Tokyo Wildlife College, Japan. From 2015 to 2017, he worked at Tokyo University of Science, Japan. From 2017 to 2018, he conducted the research at the National Institute of Industrial Science and Technology, Japan. Since 2018, Dr. Nguyen Duc Tuyen is a lecturer in the Department of Power System, Electrical Engineering School, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Dr. Tuyen published more than 100 journal and conference papers. He is an active reviewer of IEEE, IET, MDPI, IEEJ, Springer, Elsevier, etc., reviewing hundreds of papers since 2009.<\/p>\n

      Donald M. Reimer is an adjunct faculty at the A. Leon Linton Department of Mechanical Engineering in College of Engineering at Lawrence Tech in Southfield, Michigan. He coordinates the Certificate of Entrepreneurial Engineering Skills. Mr. Reimer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Detroit\/Mercy. He is a Certified Management Consultant with over 35 years of experience in working with closely-held businesses. He has taught courses in entrepreneurship, strategic management, corporate entrepreneurship and innovation for engineers. Mr. Reimer is a member of the Lawrence Tech Kern Campus Committee, Coordinator of the Lawrence Tech Innovation Encounter. He is faculty Advisor of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs\u2019 Organization. Mr. Reimer serves as a Kern Fellow of The Kern Family Foundation, Co-Direct of the Coleman Fellows Program, member of the National Collegiate Entrepreneurs\u2019 Organization Faculty Advisory Council and is a member of the American Society of Engineering Education.<\/p>\n

      He has operated his own consulting company \u2013 The Small Business Strategy Group for 23 years. He published numerous articles on small business, entrepreneurship and strategic thinking. He has received several awards and recognition by local, state and federal agencies for his work in entrepreneurship and minority business development. Mr. Reimer served as member of the Minority Economic Development Committee of New Detroit. Mr. Reimer is member of the Small Business Advisory Council of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Reimer is a member of Advisory Board of the Milwaukee Junction Small Business Assistance Center. He is also a member of the Applied Innovation Alliance.       Rosula Reyes is a Professional Electronics Engineer, an ASEAN Engineer and an Associate Professor at the Department of Electronics, Computer, and Communications Engineering, School of Science and Engineering, Ateneo de Manila University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, Master of Engineering Education degree with specialization in Computer Engineering from the University of the Philippines, and Doctor of Philosophy in Education degree from the University of Santo Tomas, in Manila, Philippines. She is a recipient of the Leaders in Innovation Fellow from the joint Royal Academy of Engineering in the United Kingdom and the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines under the Newton Program. Her research involvement in Biomedical Device Instrumentation and Robotics, Embedded Systems, and Control Systems produced several ISI\/SCOPUS-indexed publications. She was an Associate Fellow at the International Center for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy. She has a long-time international collaborations with Scuola Superiore Sant\u2019Anna in Pisa, Italy, Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan, and the Institut Catholique D\u2019Arts et Metier in France, where she served as research fellow and visiting lecturer. She co-founded and co-managed several start-up companies that are into software and hardware development, design and fabrication of electronic and computer educational equipment, and training centers. Her experience as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the companies she started and operated earned her as one of the most invited resource speaker on Entrepreneurship for Scientist and Engineers, Technopreneurship, Creativity, Innovations, and Design Thinking, both national and international. She was a three-time President and an active member of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines. She is a recipient of the most prestigious Outstanding Professional in the Field of Electronics Engineering awarded by the Professional Regulation Commission, also awarded among the Most Inspiring Women Engineers by the Philippine Technological Center, and awarded Outstanding Mentor by the Semiconductor Association of the Philippines. Eng. from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University, Ohio (USA). He has received an excellent research award from the Ministry of Science & Technology, excellent life researcher award, World Class Researcher Award from the Ministry of Education in Indonesia and the Medal for Distinguished Industrial Engineer Award. He has published more than 300 papers SCI & SSCI index papers. His papers have been cited in Google 11,199 times with an H-index of 57.       Hafida Fahmiasari <\/strong>is Hafida is an independent consultant who is currently now engaged in projects as National Port Advisor in The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific of United Nations (UN ESCAP) and transport consultant in International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group. Previously she worked in Royal HaskoningDHV as a Maritime Economics Manager and World Bank Jakarta as Maritime Transport Consultant. Her works relate to transport modelling, transport economics, and infrastructure finance. She has been involved in more than 20 significant port master plan and transport investment projects in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.<\/p>\n

      She attained Master degree of Transportation, Infrastructure, and Logistics from Technische Universiteit Delft, the Netherlands with a concentration in transport economics and policy. Previously, she finished the dual Bachelors degree of Civil Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada in Indonesia and International Civil Engineering Management from Hanzehogeschool Groningen in Netherlands\u2014focused on Indonesia Sea Tollway master-planning. She has published several articles and journals in The Jakarta Post, Construction Plus Asia, IEEE, and Elsevier. Her articles cover port network modelling, green ports, and youth development in Indonesia. Currently she is building her own transport consultancy firm in Jakarta, Indonesia. She named her own consultancy firm as Kinisi Transport Consultant.<\/p>\n

      She is The Most Outstanding Alumni of LPDP (Indonesia Finance Minister Scholarship) in general category in 2017. Her works in port network design were receiving Best Paper award in Indonesia Development Forum in 2018. The award was given from Ministry of National Development and Planning of Indonesia and Australia Government. The international forum of maritime community also appreciated her writing by giving her Top 5 Best paper for Global Maritime Forum in 2019 and 2020.<\/p>\n

This professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering – Universitas Indonesia has served as Vice President of the Asian Biotechnology Federation (AFOB) for the Indonesian region. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering at the Department of Gas and Petrochemical Engineering (later to become Chemical Engineering) at the Universitas Indonesia in 1993. He obtained his Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Process and Environmental Engineering from Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand, in 1998. In 2004 he completed his Doctoral degree in Ineuer (Dr.-Ing., Cumlaude) at the Faculty of Geology, Forestry and Hydrology, TU Dresden, Germany. He has published 8 engineering books.
