Thirty six featured speakers will be from various part of the world to address industrial challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability. She obtained her Master degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia in 2002, and completed her doctoral research about Knowledge Management and Creation in Industrial Engineering of Bandung Institute of Technology in 2013. As a doctoral researcher, in 2010 she was a scholarship grantee from the Ministry of Higher Education, Indonesia to join with Industrial Engineering Department of Waseda University in Tokyo for research in Knowledge Management Performance.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Sofianti supported Indonesia Ministry of Industry related to Industry 4.0 technologies. (Sarjana Teknik) in 2007 in Industrial Engineering from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. She got the M.Eng (Master Engineering) in 2010, in Manufacturing Engineering from University of Malaya, Kualalumpur, Malaysia. Then, she achieves the Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering) in 2015, in Integrated Design Engineering, from Keio University, Japan.<\/p>\n<p>Her working experience is as an engineer in Coal Fired Power Plant, PLTU Tanjung Jati Jepara Indonesia in 2010-2012. She also worked as a lecturer in campus Unisnu Jepara in 2017-2019. Recently, she works as a lecturer of Industrial Engineering Department in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Indonesia<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Khusna has published journals and conference papers.
