Students must enroll in the masters\u2019 program during the current academic year. These awards are presented at the 2023 IEOM Manila Conference.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The submitter must enroll in a masters\u2019 program or be a recent graduate<\/li>\n<li>A synopsis of the thesis should be submitted<\/li>\n<li>Masters\u2019 research must be presented at the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IEOM Competition Rubrics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall content: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis and results: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the topic \/ confident: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Answering questions: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nDeadline for submission of abstract \/ paper \/synopsis: February 15, 2023.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Submission<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nSubmit a synopsis of your thesis online as paper or abstract and present at the virtual conference event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission Link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xcdsystem.com\/IEOM\/abstract\/index.cfm?ID=A9Zdmzt\">https:\/\/www.xcdsystem.com\/IEOM\/abstract\/index.cfm?ID=A9Zdmzt<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Judging<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nA group of academics \/ professionals will serve as judges and evaluate the papers and presentations.
