The paper will be judged based on the technical content and presentation. Winners will receive award certificates. The winning awards will be given at the IEOM Manila Conference award event.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The submitter must be student.<\/li>\n<li>The projects should be related on HF and ergonomics.<\/li>\n<li>Individual or team projects can be submitted.<\/li>\n<li>One or more teachers may appear as co-authors of a submission, but the student must be the \u2018first author\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>The project must be presented at the 2023 IEOM Manila Conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IEOM Competition Rubrics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall content: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis and results: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the topic \/ confident: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Answering questions: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nDeadline for submission: February 15, 2023.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nFollow IEOM format. Paper can be submitted as well.
