Students can submit abstract only and at the International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations management. The presentation will be judged based on the presentation only. A group of academics \/ professionals will serve as judges. Scoring rubrics will be used for both parts of the judging. Winners will receive award certificates. The winning awards will be given at the 2025 IEOM Rabat, Morocco Conference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IEOM Competition Rubrics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall content: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis and results: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the topic \/ confident: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Answering questions: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The submitter must be undergraduate student or recent graduate.<\/li>\n<li>Research can be industry sponsored projects as part of a course or co-op\/internship, or research projects done at the academic institution.<\/li>\n<li>Faculty and\/or an industry member may serve as an advisor on a project, but the work should primarily be done by the student(s).<\/li>\n<li>The abstract must be written by the student(s) with only minor outside editorial assistance. One or more advisors may appear as co-authors of an abstract or paper, but the student must be the \u2018first author\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>The abstract\/paper must be presented at the 2025 IEOM Rabat, Morocco Conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nAuthor should submit an abstract or paper with IEOM formatting which can be found under authors menu.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Judging<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nA group of academics \/ professionals will serve as judges.
