Getting to Paris City Center<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Paris is served by two main airports: Charles De Gaulle (CDG) and Orly. From the airports to Paris city center:<\/p>\n

a) By<\/span> \u2018Le bus direct<\/a>\u2019 coach.<\/span>\u00a0Take line 2 (from CDG Airport) or line 1 (from Orly) and go to \u2018Place de l\u2019\u00c9toile\u2019. Once there, you can reach your hotel by metro or RER \u2013 the station \u2018Charles de Gaulle Etoile\u2019 is a short walk from the coach drop off spot.<\/p>\n

b)\u00a0By RER (suburban train).<\/span><\/p>\n

From Charles de Gaulle Airport, you can take suburban train line RER B, direction Paris.<\/p>\n

Getting to La Defense\/IESEG School of Management<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

IESEG School’s Paris campus is located in La Defense. The conference will take place in its building in La Grande Arche<\/strong><\/em><\/span> (see\u00a0the map<\/a>).<\/p>\n

To access La Defense from Paris, take RER A to \u2018La D\u00e9fense-Grande Arche\u2019 (direction \u2018Saint-Germain-En-Laye\u2019 or \u2018Poissy\u2019 or \u2018Cergy-Le Haut\u2019). You can also take Metro Line 1 to La Defense (direction La Defense). Get out of the station from Exit 1 which takes you directly to the conference venue.<\/p>\n

If your hotel is in La Defense, from Charles de Gaulle Airport, take suburban train line RER B, direction Paris,\u00a0 change at \u2018Ch\u00e2telet-Les Halles\u2019, and take RER A direction \u2018Saint-Germain-En-Laye\u2019 or \u2018Poissy\u2019 or \u2018Cergy-Le Haut\u2019. Getting around in Paris<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

By metro and RER<\/span><\/p>\n

The centre of Paris is easily accessible from La Defense, and many sights and hotels are directly on the Metro (Line 1) and RER (Line A) lines which serve La Defense. By bike<\/span><\/p>\n

Once in Paris intra-muros, you could also use the Velib\u2019, the city\u2019s system of self-service bike rentals \u2013 you can take a bike from any of their numerous \u2018bike stations\u2019 across town, and return it to any of the other bike stations. The system is available 24 x 7. you can buy 1-day or 7-day tickets online or at any of the Velib\u2019 stations.
