All posters must be displayed.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">IEOM Poster Guidelines<\/span> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Include a title, authors and contact information at the top of the poster<\/li>\n<li>Keep any write-up brief.<\/li>\n<li>Use graphics: charts, pictures, and tables.<\/li>\n<li>Include overview, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Organize the presentation so that it is clear, orderly, and self-explanatory.<\/li>\n<li>IEOM poster size is\u00a0 36\u2033 x 24\u2033 (36 inches high by\u00a0 24 inches wide)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Submission<\/strong><br \/>\nSubmit your paper or abstract online and choose the poster category: <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xcdsystem.com\/IEOM\/abstract\/index.cfm?ID=lK4RpvA\">https:\/\/www.xcdsystem.com\/IEOM\/abstract\/index.cfm?ID=lK4RpvA<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Judging<\/strong><br \/>\nA group of academics\/professionals will serve as judges. Scoring rubrics will be used for both parts of the judging.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/ieomsociety.org\/ieom\/ethics-malpractice-statement\/\"><strong>IEOM Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Each paper must present a significant research contribution, encompassing:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Motivation of the Research<\/strong>: Clearly state the relevance of the research and its importance within the field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Problem Statements and Objectives<\/strong>: Identify the specific problem(s) addressed and outline clear, measurable objectives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Literature Review<\/strong>: Provide a comprehensive review of relevant research to establish the context and background.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data<\/strong>: Describe the data sources, collection methods, and any preprocessing steps undertaken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Methods<\/strong>: Detail the methodologies used, including the rationale behind their selection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Results<\/strong>: Include both numerical and graphical results, effectively presenting key findings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Statistical Analysis and Hypothesis Tests<\/strong>: Perform appropriate statistical tests to validate findings, presenting results with proper interpretation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Research Validation<\/strong>: Demonstrate that each objective has been met through quantitative or qualitative analysis, confirming the reliability of the results.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Writing Quality<\/strong>: Ensure the paper is well-written, free from spelling and grammatical errors, and follows a clear, logical structure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Each paper and its abstract must strictly adhere to the IEOM Template for consistent formatting, including fonts, headings, and layout.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Winners<\/strong><br \/>\n1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive award certificates.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions for the IEOM Competition, please contact: <a href=\"mailto:info@ieomsociety.org\">info@ieomsociety.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- .entry-content --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poster Competition Templates Paper Template Abstract Template Poster Template The IEOM Best Poster Competition Awards recognize the best poster presentations at the 2026 Ankara Conference.
