The panel is organized to address current issues, challenges, and opportunities of the implementation and impacts of the specific panel topic. It will focus on industry best practices. Based on your expertise, the organizing team would like to invite you to be a panel chair and speaker. Each panel speaker needs to submit a short bio and photo to be added to the conference website, conference proceedings, and printed program booklet. The panel chair will provide the details of the panel structure. Below are some suggested steps:

Dr. Ikmal currently works at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) as a Senior Lecturer. A Ph.D. holder in Lean Product and Process Development from Cranfield University, UK. His core competencies are in Lean Product Development, Lean Manufacturing System, Shop Floor Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement. He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia in 2005. Having worked within the automotive industry for over 10 years, he has developed a wide range of Production and Lean Manufacturing skills. He started his career with UMW Toyota Motor Malaysia as an Assistant Engineer in 2003. In 2005, he joined Proton Holdings Bhd as an Executive in the Production Trim, and Final Department. In 2009, he was appointed as Section Manager in the Industrial Engineering Department, responsible for the development of Proton Production System and Lean Six Sigma. In early 2014, he joined Volkswagen Group Malaysia as Assistant Manager in Process Improvement at Pekan Plant. In 2018, he joined Composites Technology Research Malaysia (CTRM) as Head of Operation Improvement Division. During his career, he has been certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) in 2012. He is a certified engineer and a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He also undergoes an extensive one-to-one training program for two years with Japanese Expert from Hiroshima International Vehicle Engineering Company (HIVEC), Japan on Shop Floor Management (Genba Kanri), and has been certified as a professional evaluator and instructor.

Dr. Rhodora N. Buluran is a licensed industrial engineer and faculty designee at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management and Industrial Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology, her Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from PUP, and her Doctorate in Business Administration from the Philippine Women’s University.
Currently, she serves as Chief of the University Internal Audit Office while also teaching in the Department of Industrial Engineering at PUP’s College of Engineering. Her prior professional experience includes various roles in the semiconductor industry, where she applied industrial engineering principles to implement performance-enhancing process improvements and new standards.
Dr. Buluran has guided numerous students through research projects at both undergraduate and graduate levels. In 2021, she won First Place in the Master’s Thesis Competition at the International Conference of the IEOM Society held in São Paulo. As an auditor, she continues to apply industrial engineering methodologies in recommending strategic solutions.

Dr. Harish Babu is currently serving as Deputy Manager (Materials Management) in the Materials Management Division at Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited (CMPDI)—a subsidiary of Coal India Limited and a Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India – with its headquarters in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. Dr. Babu has over 14 years of experience in the field of Operations Management, including more than 7 years of industrial experience at a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking of the Government of India – Coal India Limited—and over 7 years of teaching and research experience. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India; an MBA from Graphic Era University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India; and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Babu has worked as Assistant Manager – Research & Development at RJ Industrial Corporation, Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. He has also served as an Assistant Professor at the Quantum School of Business, Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and at Invertis University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, he has delivered guest lectures at several reputed institutions, including O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonepat, Haryana, India. He is a certified auditor for ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery Management System. Dr. Babu has published five journal papers and one book chapter. He has taught a range of courses including Production & Operations Management, Business Statistics, and Marketing Research at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Ts. Dr. Ihfasuziella Ibrahim is a Senior Researcher at Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM). CREAM is a research institute established under the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), which she joined in February 2013. Ihfasuziella received her Bachelor Science in Real Estate Management with Honors from UTHM, Johor in 2009. Upon completing her studies, she has been a research assistant in University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in 2010 under the Technology Management & Business Faculty. Due to high enthusiasm and encouragement for continuing studies, Ihfasuziella have been offered a place at University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia entering master’s level on Science in Property and Facilities Management in 2010. The title of her thesis is “Development of Space Charging Model in Malaysian Higher Education Institutions’.
Ihfasuziella completed her Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Property Management from MARA University of Technology (UiTM) under Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying in 5 years and graduated in 2021. The title of her PhD thesis is ‘Development of Shopping Centre Classification Model using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)’. The research study was evaluated by an expert professor in property field, Professor Piyush Tiwari from University of Melbourne, Australia.
Prior to that, Ihfasuziella entered Pahang Matriculation College in 2005 and her background study was accounting, economic and business management. She is also a member in Malaysian Association of Facilities Management (MAFM). She also committee for Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) for Malaysian chapter.
Her research interests are in built environment, facilities management, strategic facilities management, property management, performance management, construction management, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Industrialised Building System (IBS). She has published papers in the local and international conference, seminars, journals, articles, and chapter in books.
She has been involved with the development of a module entitled Technology and Innovation in Facility Management (SMT15103) in 2016 for Open University Malaysia (Msc Program) and the Facilities Management module for CIDB. She also involved in book publishing entitled Facilities Management Initiatives and Empowerment for Construction Industry in Malaysia in 2021, Construction Law Report for Edition 2018 until 2021, and Managing Property and Facilities in Higher Education Institutions (Chapter 3-Space Management for an Effective Space Usage for Classrooms in Academic Buildings in 2006. Due to his high enthusiasm and encouragement for continuing studies, Alias was offered a place at University Technology Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam to pursue master’s level on Built Environment and Facilities Management in 2022. Prior to that, Alias entered Negeri Sembilan Matriculation College in 2002 and his background study was Science Biology. He is currently a member in Malaysian Association of Facilities Management (MAFM). His has over in years of experience in facilities management, asset management and energy management with over 14 years to maintain the prestige condition of Permata Sapura by managing the facilities within the budget proposed. He lead the development of sustainable supply chain programs, including supplier assessments, audits, and performance monitoring. He also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable practices and achieve targets for energy and resource efficiency. Alias is responsible to ensure all defects are closed by the project team as the building started in operation on Feb 2021 with DLP in 18 Months except for the gondola and vertical transport by two (2) years. Associate Professor Dr. Nor Aziati Abdul Hamid is a senior lecturer at UTHM and Head of the Industrial Centre of Excellence for Railway (ICoE-Rail). She holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology (System Management) from UKM and specializes in Management Information Systems. Her research covers knowledge transfer, green computing, Industry 4.0, and cybersecurity in transport and manufacturing. She has led key projects, including a Green Manufacturing Index and studies on 3D printing and sustainable human capital. As a consultant, she advises on railway safety, system evaluation, and digital transformation. Through ICoE-Rail, she supports national efforts in infrastructure innovation, cybersecurity frameworks, and workforce development. A mentor and evaluator, she contributes to curriculum design and postgraduate supervision. Dr. Erialdi Syahrial is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya (UM), Malaysia. Prior to this, he made contributions in academia and research at the Faculty of Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). When he was in Japan, he served as a Visiting Researcher at Weber State University in Utah, United States where he collaborated with the Goddard School of Business and Economics for two consecutive years. As a Visiting Researcher, he presented his research at the Annual Conference of the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) in Florida, United States.
Before transitioning to academia, Dr. Erialdi worked at PROTON, Malaysia’s first national car manufacturing company, where he held roles as Section Head, Lead Engineer, and Project Leader in the Research and Development (R&D) Department. During his time at PROTON, he focused primarily on after-sales service and customer satisfaction. Additionally, he has worked on after-sales service projects in the United Kingdom, Italy, Korea, and Germany. Dr. Erialdi’s work involved collaborating with CEOs, managing directors, customers, suppliers, and consultants from several countries. He is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and is recognized by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) as a Professional Technologist (Ts.) until 2023. He is currently in the process of renewing his Ts. status and applying for registration as a Professional Engineer (Ir.) with BEM in the coming years.
After his tenure at PROTON, Dr. Erialdi pursued a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Japan, earning his Doctoral degree in Engineering from Keio University in Yokohama. He lived in Japan for nearly eight years. His teaching and research interests primarily focus on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Management. Dr. Erialdi is also eager to share his industrial experience and contribute to other courses such as Project Management, Research Methodology, Work Design/Ergonomics, Logistics Management, Business Mathematics, and Human Resource Management.
In 2022, Dr. Erialdi served as a session chair at the Asia Pacific Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. In 2024, he was appointed as a panel speaker and session chair at the International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Dubai, UAE, as well as panel chair and session chair at the Asia Pacific Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Tokyo, Japan. In 2024, he also chaired sessions at the International Conference on ICT Application Research and the Malaysia-Japan Visionaries Conference in Tokyo, Japan. Dr. Erialdi is currently an active project member at Universiti Malaya, working on a project funded by the Malaysian government. In Universiti Malaya, he has established initial connections with governments, universities, institutions, and agencies both nationally and internationally for potential future collaborations.

Indra Gunawan is an Associate Professor in Complex Project Management and Program Director of Postgraduate Project Management in the Adelaide Business School, Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics, the University of Adelaide.
He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering and MSc in Construction Management from Northeastern University, USA. Prior to joining the University of Adelaide, he was the postgraduate program coordinator for Maintenance and Reliability Engineering at Monash University. Previously, he has also taught in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand and worked as the Head of Systems Engineering and Management program at Malaysia University of Science and Technology (in collaboration with MIT, USA).
His current research interests include system reliability modelling, maintenance optimisation, project management, applications of operations research, and operations management. He is actively involved in the Asset Management Council, a technical society of Engineers Australia.
Indra’s work has appeared in many peer-reviewed journals such as International Journal of Project Management; Journal of Construction Engineering and Management; IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management; International Journal of Production Research; Reliability Engineering and System Safety; IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics; International Journal of Reliability, Quality and Safety Engineering; Quality and Reliability Engineering International; International Journal of Project Organisation and Management; and International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management.

Andri Irfan Rifai is a Professor of Transportation Technology Engineering. He has taught for over 20 years and actively applies his knowledge in Indonesia’s project construction. Ir. Muhammad Isradi, ST, MT, Ph.D, IPM. He is a lecturer in civil engineering in the field of transportation at Mercu Buana University Jakarta. He completed his doctoral program at Tun H. ussein Onn University, Malaysia. With extensive experience in teaching and research in the field of transport and infrastructure design. Currently, he teaches courses on pavement design, transportation engineering, public transport systems, railway design, advanced construction methods and equipment, human resource management, project communication, and research methodology for undergraduate and master programs in civil engineering. He is active as the Head of the Transportation Expertise Division and as a journal manager in the Faculty of Engineering, as well as active as a reviewer of national and international journals.

Prof. Mudjiastuti is a senior academic and transportation expert with a strong background in civil engineering. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University in 1988, a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1998, and a Doctorate in the same field from Diponegoro University in 2012. With over 34 years of teaching experience, she has been actively involved in higher education since the early 1990s. She is a long-standing faculty member at Universitas Semarang (USM), a postgraduate lecturer and doctoral dissertation supervisor at Diponegoro University (UNDIP) since 2000 also at Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA) since 2017. Her teaching covers subjects such as urban transportation systems, traffic engineering, transportation economics, and research methodology. Her research portfolio includes at least 21 major studies, including a multi-year flagship research project on the Passenger Information System and Signal Bus Priority for the Trans Semarang BRT. She has authored more than 63 scholarly articles and five academic textbooks that are widely used by students and practitioners. Outside academia, Prof. Mudjiastuti has been deeply engaged in professional engineering and community service. Since 1994, she has participated in over 38 community outreach initiatives focusing on technical training, traffic safety campaigns, and environmentally sustainable infrastructure. She has served as a professional assessor for construction industry certifications since 2016 and holds top-tier certifications as a Senior Road Engineering Expert and Transportation Specialist. Her active involvement in professional bodies such as the Indonesian Society of Transportation Experts, the Indonesian Engineers Association, and the Forum for Higher Education Transportation Studies underscores her commitment to advancing the field. Additionally, she has presented at more than 76 national and international conferences and seminars, including several keynote and invited speaker roles. Her career reflects a consistent integration of academic excellence, applied engineering practice, and impactful public service.

Budi is a professor in the Industrial Engineering Program, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia. He is the Head of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department. He lectures, conducts research, and provides consultancy services and professional training for industry practitioners mainly in project & risk management.
Budi’s research interests include project management, risk/complexity management, decision theory, cognitive psychology, and systems thinking. He has published many scientific papers pertinent to the interests within Indonesian contexts.
Budi Hartono completed his Ph.D. study in the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering, NUS. The study was conducted in the area of construction project management. In short, Budi was investigating ‘the risk of doing risk management’ focusing on the identification of systemic and systematic human judgmental errors in the context of senior managers determining competitive bid prices. Budi is a Mechanical Engineer by training from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) Indonesia and master degree in Project Management from the University of Queensland.
In addition to the academic background, Budi has extensive hands-on experience in the Engineering & Construction field. His past roles centered on the best utilization of an advanced 3D CAD/CAE system for multi-disciplinary, concurrent engineering plant design projects.
Budi is the former Yogyakarta Branch Director of the Project Management Institute Indonesia Chapter.
His past exposures in industrial projects and the academic experience convinced him to earn a living and to contribute to the society in a slightly different way compared to his colleagues.
He would stay on the current course of becoming a good engineer, researcher, and lecturer: a systems thinker.

The focus of the research is innovation in developing natural product products to solve health problems in Indonesia. Her main academic research interests are focused on Natural Product Innovation and Development of pharmacological activity from combinations of natural ingredients. Her field of research is pharmacology, toxicology and product development from natural ingredients. Several natural product products have been created, including kencur cookies for breastfeeding mothers, lemon lemongrass ginger drink for immunity and also related to the safety of several natural ingredients such as kencur, katuk leaves, ginger and others. The research that Dr. Nurmala wants to develop is also related to research on the pharmacoeconomics of mothers who breastfeed and those who do not breastfeed in terms of their child’s health development. Currently she is still studying PhD at Institut Teknologi Bandung taking the pharmacology and clinical pharmacy science.

Dr. Syamsuriana Sidek is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business and currently serves as the Deputy Dean (Academic) at the Malaysian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship and Business (MGSEB), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). She holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurial Finance, a Master of Entrepreneurship, and an Executive Diploma of Entrepreneurship Educators from UMK, alongside a Diploma in Digital Entrepreneurship from the Learning Resource Network (UK). She also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Finance with First Class Honours and a Diploma in Banking from Universiti Teknologi MARA, where she was twice awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Award. Recognised for her expertise in entrepreneurship, cyberpreneurship, digital entrepreneurship, financing small businesses, entrepreneurial finance, strategic and corporate entrepreneurship, innovation in entrepreneurial development and SME development, Dr. Syamsuriana is also a certified trainer under HRD Corp (ID 43759), MDEC (Digital Entrepreneurship and eUsahawan), APWINC (IDEAS Project), Alibaba.com, Global E-Commerce Talent (GeT), and Google Cloud (G-Suite). She has secured 18 research grants in institutional, national, and international levels and produced over 40 publications across journals, proceedings, book chapters, and academic books, indexed in Scopus, MyCite, ERA, and other databases. Her work has received 921 citations (h-index 12) on Google Scholar, 631 citations (h-index 10) on ResearchGate, and 36 citations (h-index 3) on Scopus. Dr. ABDUL TALIB BON is a Professor of Operations and Engineering Management in Department of Production and Operations Management, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia since 2015. He was the founder for the faculty. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science with Very Honourable from the Universite de La Rochelle, France. His doctoral thesis was on topic Process Quality Improvement. He studied Business Administration major in Operations Management at the master’s level in the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia for which he was awarded the MBA in the year 1998. He’s bachelor degree and diploma in Mechanical Engineering which his obtained from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is Director of Teaching Factory from September 2016 until December 2024 and Head of Program, Bachelor of Technology Management (Furniture Design and Manufacturing) with Honours from 2014 until 2017. Before this he was the Deputy Dean (Research and Development) at the Faculty of Technology Management and Business from 2008 until 2011.
Dr. Abdul Talib Bon has had over 36 years experiences of teaching in higher learning education. In this university, he teaches Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, and Modelling Simulation at the under-graduate and post graduate program. Dr. Abdul Talib Bon also holds an honorary Visiting Professor position with the several universities in Indonesia and Philippines such as UNPAD, UNPAK, UMTAS, STIESIA, USU, UNNAR, UWKS and CTU. He also Visiting Professor at Oriental University, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He has served as an academic program external examiner for various public and private universities in Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines.
Dr. Abdul Talib Bon regularly appears at international conferences as a Keynote Speaker, sharing his expert on production and operations management. Over the years, he presented his research at various international conferences, including Tashkent, Singapore, Dubai, Bandung, Bali, Manado, Detroit, Bangkok, Phuket, Riyadh, Tokyo, Sydney, Seoul, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Manila, London, Bristol, Gdynia, Salzburg, Mumbai and Dhaka. He has multidisciplinary research interests that encompass in operation management. His completed 20 research grant projects as project leader and member. He has supervised more than 100 undergraduate and 50 postgraduate research projects.
Dr. Abdul Talib Bon has served as the Editor in Chief, Editorial Board and Reviewer for a number of Engineering Management and Industrial Engineering and Operations Management journals and conference proceedings as part of his expertise sharing initiatives. He had published more than 354 documents, 750 Citation and H-Index 11 in Scopus, 4368 citation and H-Index 30 in Google Scholar. He also published 2 books in title Industrial Management and 4 books in title Engineering Management.

He established the Siemens Electro-Matic Industrial Engineering Lab at LTU. Dr. Ali was the primary author of the ABET self-study report of the BSIE Program at LTU in 2022. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), Bangladesh, a Master’s in Systems and Engineering Management from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA. He received an Outstanding Professor Award from the Industrial Engineering Department, University of Puerto Rico -Mayaguez. Dr. Ali has been recognized with a Fulbright Award. He has published 75 journal papers and 150 conference papers. Dr Ali conducted research projects with Chrysler, Ford, DTE Energy, New Center Stamping, Whelan Co., Delphi Automotive System, GE Medical Systems, International Truck and Engine Corporation (ITEC), and Rockwell Automation. His research interests include manufacturing systems, quality, lean, six-sigma, simulation, artificial intelligence, supply chain, and optimization. He supervised 11 doctoral students in Doctor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems (DEMS). He is a Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IEOM Society International. Dr. Ali is a Co-Chair of the International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. With over 15 years of academic and professional experience, he specializes in Human Factors/Ergonomics, Human Performance in Virtual/Augmented Reality, and Product Design Development.
Dr. Dino has contributed numerous publications to international journals and conferences, particularly focusing on Human Factors/Ergonomics in Virtual/Augmented Reality and Product Design Development. Beyond his academic research, he actively engages in various industry collaborations and community-based projects related to Human Factors/Ergonomics. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Department of Industrial Engineering Graduate Program at Telkom University and is the Head of the Indonesian Ergonomics Association for the West Java region. Asep Denih, S.Kom., M.Sc., Ph.D. earned his undergraduate degree in Informatics Engineering from Gunadarma University (1996), his master’s degree in Information Technology from IPB University (2005), and his doctoral degree in Information Technology from the University of Miyazaki, Japan (2019). His professional experience includes roles as Head of Laboratory, Programme Secretary, and Research Assistant in Japan. He is currently active as a reviewer for various national and international journals.
His areas of expertise include geographic information systems, remote sensing, machine learning, and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. He has led numerous research projects related to spatial data, environmental monitoring, digital agriculture, and renewable energy. Many of his research findings have been published in reputable journals and presented at international conferences, including the IEOM Society. He has authored more than fifteen reference books and holds six registered copyrights in the fields of technology and education.
Prof. Asep Denih is also active as a plenary speaker, international competition judge, and global conference facilitator in the field of science and technology. He has received multiple awards from both national and international institutions, including overseas scholarships from the Ministry of Research and Higher Education, community service grants, and recognition for his contributions to doctoral supervision and innovation in technology-based research.

Her long academic service has facilitated her to get recognised by AICTE as margadarshak in 2018 to guide higher educational institutions to improve quality of education and acquire accreditation. Dr Jyothi has been recognised as an expert committee member by Ministry of education for NEAT and SLA. With rich expertise in accreditation process of NAAC, NBA, Dr Jyothi has been guiding many colleges presently towards accreditation. As a NAAC peer team chairman, Dr Nagajyothi Visited many universities and colleges across the country and guided many colleges for NAAC and NBA accreditation.

Muhammad Ikhsan Setiawan received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (1998) from Universitas Merdeka Malang, Indonesia, his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (2000) from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta, and his Doctorate in Civil Engineering (2018) from Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta, Indonesia. He is currently the Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Program at Maritime University AMNI, Semarang, Indonesia, and also a registered Certified Expert Engineer. Since 2009, he has led several research teams funded by grants from the Ministry of Education, Indonesia, focusing on airports, renewable energy, smart urban and village development, smart public transportation, and smart tourism. He is the author of 113 SCOPUS-indexed documents with 734 citations, and has published 295 Google Scholar-indexed documents with 2,320 citations. He is also the Founder and Chairman of several international initiatives, including the World Conference (International Conference), the Malaysia Uzbekistan Indonesia Conservation Center (MUICC) in Tanjong Malim, Malaysia, and iPEST (International Scientists in Economics, Social Sciences, and Technology). In addition, he is a member of IEEE and serves as an editor and reviewer for journals indexed in SCOPUS, DOAJ, CROSSREF, Google Scholar, and SINTA (Indonesia).

A Ph.D. holder in Economics from University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. He received his Master’s degree in Management from University of Narotama and a Bachelor’s degree in Computerized Accounting from STIKOM Surabaya. He began his academic career in Electronics and Computer Engineering at Institute Eloktronika Indonesia (IEI).
He has over 20 years of experience in vocational education, institutional leadership, and entrepreneurship training. His core expertise includes vocational system development, education management, workforce empowerment, public speaking, and entrepreneurship education. He started his leadership journey by founding POLINDO and STIE PEMUDA in the early 2000s, focusing on aligning education with industry needs. He is the initiator of the “Grow and Give Benefits” education model, promoting practical and adaptive learning.
Dr. Nuryadi currently serves as Vice Chairman I of HIPKI Surabaya and Advisor to DPC HISPI Surabaya. He has also served as a board member of KADIN Surabaya, Entrepreneur Associate Surabaya, and APINDO (Indonesian Employers Association). He is currently the Chairman of APLIKASI East Java, Chairman of FORLAT Vokasi East Java, and Vice Chairman VII of DPP FORLAT Indonesia in Information Systems. He is also a member of the Accreditation Committee for Vocational Training Institutions (KA-LPK) East Java.
Throughout his career, he has empowered thousands of students and professionals through programs in leadership, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship. His leadership is rooted in strong values such as integrity, responsibility, faith, and impact. He continues to be a key figure in shaping vocational education in Indonesia.

Formerly Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and BASE (2009-2022), her expertise lies in ergonomics and industrial psychology. A committed IISE member and faculty advisor, she led BINUS Student Chapter # 716 to win the Gold Award (2012-2023) and received multiple regional awards. As an IEOM Fellow and frequent speaker, she actively contributes to global academic forums. Presentation Title: The use of AI for teaching in Business School
Agus Wicaksana is a lecturer in Business Analytics at the Adelaide Business School, University of Adelaide. Prior to this role, Agus was an associate lecturer at the University of Melbourne. His research interests focus on risk management in firm operations and supply chains. He utilises quantitative empirical research methods to analyse secondary data from various databases. Agus is currently part of the Editorial Review Board Developmental Program for the Journal of Supply Chain Management, a premier journal in operations and supply chain management. Recently, he participated in two research projects under the Partnership for Australia-Indonesia Research (PAIR), supported by the Australia–Indonesia Centre (AIC). These projects investigated the digital literacy and analytics competencies of supply chain and healthcare workers in South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
Agus received the Melbourne Research Scholarship for his PhD at the University of Melbourne and completed his master’s degree in Supply Chain Management through the prestigious Australia Awards Scholarship. Additionally, he received an outstanding student award from the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA) for his bachelor’s thesis. Before transitioning to an academic career, Agus worked as an operations and supply chain professional in Indonesia.

Satya Saurabh Khosla was a joint venture partner of Suzuki Motorcycle (Pvt) Ltd was Vice Chairman of the company till he sold his stake before the recession in 2008. He predicted the 2008 global economic recession in an article that was published a few days before the USA and global stock indices started falling. This article stated that USA Housing, excessive misuse of derivatives etc. will lead the global economy to a recession. The article’s mathematical calculation showed that the pain would become evident to all after December 2007. The author felt it is of more interest if a way to prevent it is pointed out. The book titled: How to Prevent Recession – using Ancient Wisdom and Management Ideas carries a Foreword by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and is reviewed by Prof Sir Cary Cooper of Manchester Business School and former Director of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad – Prof Pradip Khandwalla.
