Dr. Md. Ehasanul Haque is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). He obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. In recognition of his outstanding academic performance, he was awarded the Gold Medal for excellence in his B.Sc. degree by the University of Rajshahi and received the NST Fellowship from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangladesh, to support his Master’s research. Dr. Haque completed his Ph.D. at the School of Materials Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), under the prestigious MEXT Scholarship funded by the Government of Japan. During his doctoral studies, he was honored with the University President Award in recognition of his exceptional research achievements. Dr. Haque has published a substantial number of research articles in internationally reputed journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include photonics, nanotechnology and nanofabrication, electrochemistry, thin films, composite materials, alloy formation, and microstructural characterization.

Dr. Chowdhury Akram Hossain

Dr. Chowdhury Akram Hossain is currently serving as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Engineering at the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). With over a decade of experience in higher education, Dr. Hossain has established himself as a leader in both academic and administrative capacities. He holds a Ph.D. in Telemedicine from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia, a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in EEE from AIUB. Dr. Hossain’s research interests include wireless communication, power electronics, renewable energy systems, smart grids, and telemedicine. He has published more than 50 scholarly articles, garnering nearly 400 citations and over 19,000 reads. His work reflects a strong commitment to advancing technology-driven solutions in critical areas of engineering. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Hossain has contributed significantly to student affairs and extracurricular development at AIUB, having served as a Special Assistant in the Office of Student Affairs. He also acts as an advisor to the IEEE AIUB Student Branch, where he supports initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and professional growth among engineering students. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and affiliated with multiple other professional bodies. Dr. Hossain is dedicated to academic excellence, impactful research, and mentoring future leaders in engineering and technology.

Dr. Putu Ika Wahyuni is a permanent lecturer at Warmadewa University, teaching in the field of Civil Engineering and Master of Infrastructure and Environmental Engineering (S2) as well as the Professional School of Engineers (PPI) of Warmadewa University. The research focus in the field of construction management includes project risks, occupational safety and health management systems, and project environments (project waste and site management) He has received an award for serving as an educator for more than 25 years from the Chairman of the Sri Kesari Warmadewa Foundation, an award recipient from IEOM Society International as a Distinguished Leadership Award in 2025, and an award from the University of Dili Timor Leste in the form of Dedication, Insight and Commitment to Academic Excellence in 2025. Winning the Matching Fund grant of the Directorate of Higher Education Indonesia in 2023 with the industrial world entitled Safety Helmet for construction project control and risk reduction, as well as winning a service grant from the Directorate General of Higher Education in 2025 as a community companion for the row house project to maximize the site location in empowering and improving community welfare. Received a grant from the Gianyar Regency Regional Research and Innovation Agency in 2025 regarding a community participation-based waste management model (TPST). Participation in IEOM conferences in Ho Chi Minh, Singapore, Bali, Japan, and Melbourne.
