\u00a0<\/strong>Alberto Poveda Caputo holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Research from Universidad de los Andes (Bogot\u00e1, Colombia). He has over 10 years of experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across diverse industries. Currently, as an Innovation & Operational Excellence Senior Master at General Motors South America, Alberto spearheads high-impact projects yielding $22.5M in cost savings\/revenue growth. He also advises on strategy and champions OpEx training, resulting in over 600 certifications. Mr. Poveda Caputo is a Certified Operational Excellence Master from General Motors (GM). Additionally, he possesses a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from Arizona State University (ASU). Furthermore, Mr. Poveda Caputo is a Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and a Certified Internal Quality Auditor under ISO 9001:2008, showcasing his deep understanding of quality management systems and best practices.<\/p>\n

Ivanhoe Rozo-Rojas<\/strong> is a professor at the Universidad Catolica de Colombia in the Faculty of Engineering at Bogota (Colombia). He leads the Industrial Engineering program and belongs to the Research Group of Production. Mr. Rozo-Rojas holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Universidad Santo Tom\u00e1s (Bucaramanga, Colombia), a master\u2019s in quality and management systems from Universidad Santo Tom\u00e1s (Bucaramanga, Colombia), and he currently studies the PhD in Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Colombia (Bogota, Colombia). He got the Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification by The Council for Six Sigma Certification. His teaching courses are related to Lean Six Sigma, Quality Control, and Management Systems in bachelor, specialization, and master\u2019s degrees. He has developed various projects in healthcare organizations applying operational excellence approaches with collaboration of other academic and business. He served as consultant of organizations for getting certifications and improving its processes.
