High school students can submit individual and\/or team research projects in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or similar areas. Each submission can provide a summary of the STEM project. The projects will be judged based on the technical content and presentation. Winners will receive award certificates. These awards are presented at the 2025 IEOM World Congress in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Human Factors and Ergonomics Competition<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The IEOM Human Factors and Ergonomics Competition will recognize outstanding case studies in the area of human factors, occupational ergonomics, industrial accidents, safety, OSHA and NIOSH guidelines implementations, occupational health, etc. Selected papers will be considered for the competition and must be presented at the 2025 IEOM World Congress in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The paper will be judged based on the technical content and presentation. Winners will receive award certificates.
