IEOM Society International is organizing the 8th South American Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management, Cartagena, Colombia, April 5-7, 2027. Host is the Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Tecnologico Comfenalco Cartagena, Colombia. The conference will provide an opportunity for academics, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and explore recent developments in the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. The conference is also expected to foster networking, collaboration, and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.<\/p>\n

      Double Peer Review<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      All full papers undergo a rigorous double peer-review process. Authors may submit full papers, abstracts, or posters; however, the IEOM Society strongly encourages the submission of full papers. Manuscripts must be prepared using the official IEOM conference template. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN and ISSN, assigned a DOI via CrossRef, and indexed in recognized databases including EBSCO, Google Scholar, IEOM Index, etc.<\/p>\n
