Authors must follow the exact IEOM Template and the IEOM Reference Style i.e. 
Last name, first initial. and last name, first initial., Title of the paper, Journal/Conference Name, vol., no., pp, year.

Poster Template

You can write a paper or abstract and bring a poster for the presentation or you can submit a poster and bring a poster for the presentation. if you submit a paper or poster, it will be published. If you submit poster without paper, that will be published also.

The IEOM Best Poster Competition Awards recognize the best poster presentations at the 2025 IEOM India Conference. All posters must be displayed. Three awards will be given for the first, second and third places.

IEOM Poster Guidelines

• Include a title, authors and contact information at the top of the poster
• Keep any write up brief.
• Use graphics: charts, pictures, and tables.
• Include overview, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
• Organize the presentation so that it is clear, orderly, and self-explanatory.
• IEOM poster size is 24″ x 36″ (24 inches high by 36 inches wide)

Judging
A group of academics / professionals will serve as judges. Scoring rubrics will be used for both parts of the judging.

Winners
1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive award certificates.
