Authors must follow the exact IEOM Template and the IEOM Reference Style i.e. 
Last name, first initial. and last name, first initial., Title of the paper, Journal/Conference Name, vol., no., pp, year.

The AI-ML Competition serves as a premier platform for experts, innovators, and industry leaders to showcase groundbreaking advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This event fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange, exploring cutting-edge AI applications, data-driven strategies, and emerging technologies across various sectors, including higher education and industry. Participants will present real-world case studies, innovative AI solutions, and data analytics methodologies that demonstrate the transformative impact of AI in decision-making, operational efficiency, and business strategy. The competition also highlights best industry practices, offering a unique opportunity for professionals and researchers to gain insights into AI-driven innovation. Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of esteemed judges based on technical innovation, practical impact, and strategic relevance, ensuring recognition of the most promising AI solutions shaping the future. Selected papers will be considered for the competition and must be presented at the conference at 2025 IEOM India. The paper will be judged based on the technical content and presentation. Winners will receive award certificates.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Submissions must be related to real-life applications
  • Practitioners or academicians can join the competition
  • Papers can be industry projects as part of a course or co-op/internship, or research projects done at the academic institution.
  • The paper must be presented at the IEOM Conference.

IEOM Competition Rubrics

  • Overall content: 1-5 points
  • Data analysis and results: 1-5 points
  • Presentation skills: 1-5 points
  • Knowledge of the topic / confident: 1-5 points
  • Answering questions: 1-5 points

Submission Guidelines

  • Authors must follow the IEOM paper guidelines (under Authors menu) since the winning papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Judging
A group of academics / professionals will serve as judges. Scoring rubrics will be used for both parts of the judging.


Winners
1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive award certificates.
