Prof. Peeyush Mehta is a Professor of Operations Management at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta since 2012. During 2005–2011, he was a faculty in the Department of Industrial & Management Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He obtained his doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He worked as a Post-Doctoral Research fellow at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. After obtaining his Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical from Jodhpur University, he worked in industry for three years in Power sector operations. Peeyush’s research interests are in the areas of operations strategy, supply chain coordination, supply contracts, manufacturing competitiveness, and game theory applications in operations. His research has appeared in a number of acclaimed international journals. At IIM Calcutta, he teaches courses on production and operations management, supply chain management, manufacturing management. He has taught in several executive programs for wide variety of firms in the areas of operational excellence, strategic sourcing, vendor development, service operations and supply chain management. Professor won IIM’s Professor of the Year at IIM Calcutta.

Marcos Dieste is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the University of Padova (Italy), where he is also a Contract Professor of Business Administration and Organization. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Engineering (Operations Management) from the University of Padova (Italy) and a Master’s degree in Industrial Organization from the University of Zaragoza (Spain). Currently, his teaching and research activities focus on various areas such as strategy and operations management (e.g., smart technologies, digital transformation and lean manufacturing) and sustainability (i.e., economic, environmental and social). The research activities have led Dieste to publish several papers in international peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings and book chapters. Dr. Sube Singh is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain at Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG), University of Warwick, UK, a position he has held since May 2023. His research revolves around developing tools and methodologies for supply chain management, focusing on sustainability, resilience, and digitalisation. Dr. Singh has a solid academic background, earning his PhD in Industrial Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Before joining WMG, Dr Singh held a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Clemson University – International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) in the USA and also worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (Formerly NITIE Mumbai). Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, his article on the impact of the pandemic on logistics systems and disruptions in the food supply chain became the most-read (with 120K+ views) article in the 60-year-old International Journal of Production Research. He boasts an impressive publication record with over 900 citations and an H-Index of 6 on Google Scholar.
Dr. Singh’s research interests encompass the development of novel approaches and business models in various aspects of Supply Chain Management, including Circular Economy, Sustainability, and Resilience. His studies utilise Machine Learning and Data Science, optimisation, and simulation approaches.

Prof. Chithirai Pon Selvan brings over 25 years of expertise in engineering education and academic leadership, with 17 years dedicated to advancing higher education in the UAE. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), UK, and a Fellow of the Curtin Academy, Australia. His research interests include machine design, optimization techniques, advanced manufacturing, and renewable energy, with a strong focus on engineering for sustainable development. He has published 150+ research articles in journals, authored several books, and presented at numerous conferences. He is an approved PhD supervisor at several universities, including Curtin University, Australia, and has successfully supervised many doctoral candidates. Throughout his career, he has been invited and honored as a keynote speaker, session chair, resource person, and technical committee member at conferences across the UAE, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Maldives, Italy, Australia, Oman, Pakistan, Singapore, Qatar, and the UK.
Prof. Pon has demonstrated distinguished leadership in advancing engineering education in the UAE. As the founding faculty member responsible for launching the Mechanical Engineering programs at Manipal University Dubai, and Amity University Dubai, he played a pivotal role in lab development, accreditation, industry collaboration, student success, and academic leadership for over a decade. He is also the founding academic of the Mechanical Engineering program at Curtin University Dubai, where he currently serves.
In addition, he is a member of leading professional societies such as SAE, ASHRAE, IMechE, ASME, IEEE, EI, ASQ, and ISTE.

He is the Director and CEO of Infinite Global Research Conference Pvt. Ltd., Pune, India. A Graduate of Business Administration, Ph.D. from Madurai Kamaraj University. Dr. Divakaran is credited with several Books and Articles on Supply Chain, Economics, and Research Methodology.
