He is currently a full-time Professor at INPT, where he also serves as the coordinator of the Advanced Software Engineering for Digital Services (ASEDS) program. Professor Allaki’s teaching portfolio includes courses on software architecture and development, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies. His research interests are diverse and encompass areas such as service-oriented software, software modeling and cloud computing. Beyond his academic duties, Professor Allaki is an active member of many tech communities in Morocco. He is a frequent public speaker and a community advocate, striving to bridge the gap between academic research and industry practices. She received her PHD in Informatics in 2019 from ENSIAS (Ecole Natoinale Supérieure d’Informatique et d’Analyse des Systèmes). Ikram teaches several courses to engineering students related to Basics of data science, Data Mining, Text Mining and Big Data Analytics. Prof. Ikram has been involved in many international collaborations, including the University of Dubai and Polytechnique Montréal Canada.

Dr. Omar Souissi is an engineer from Supmeca Paris and Polytechnique Montréal in applied mathematics and holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France. He is currently a qualified professor at the National Institute of Posts and Telecommunications (INPT) Rabat. His research fields extend to optimization and machine learning applied to industry, healthcare, and the sharing economy. An expert in Lean Six Sigma, Dr. Souissi has conducted numerous training sessions across various industries, including civil engineering, services, and manufacturing. His expertise in process improvement and operational excellence has enabled professionals from diverse fields to optimize their workflows and enhance efficiency. In addition, he has designed an online course dedicated to the deployment of Lean Six Sigma using Python, bridging the gap between data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Morocco.
Jabir Arif has a significant industrial and consulting experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics. He began his career as a Production Planner within a multinational company operating in the automotive wiring harness. Afterward, he was appointed Senior Engineer at the Ministry of Public Services and Modernization of Administration where he was in charge of the national major projects. Therefore, he is familiar with the workplace social, ethical, and organizational issues as well as various market dynamics, which all prove assets in his passionate and interactive teaching through the use of contemporary real-world examples.
Jabir Arif’s main research area is Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Outsourcing of Logistic Activities, Risk Assessment, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Industrial engineering. He discerns the difference between creativity and productivity and he is cognizant of the value of both in academic settings and scientific inquiries.
Jabir Arif’s current teaching interests are in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Lean Management, Sourcing, Management Science, etc. at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Apart from teaching and research, he is acting as a reviewer in many ranked journals and conferences. He served as a Technical Committee member of several international conferences, tracks, and workshops.
