All submissions must be presented at the 2nd GCC IEOM Oman Conference. Awards will be given based on the technical content and presentation. These awards are presented at the 2024 IEOM Oman Conference.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The submitter must enroll in a doctoral program or be a recent graduate from a doctoral program<\/li>\n<li>An abstract with power point presentation should be submitted<\/li>\n<li>The doctoral research must be presented at the 2024 IEOM Oman Conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IEOM Competition Rubrics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall content: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis and results: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the topic \/ confident: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Answering questions: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Paper Guidelines:<\/strong><br \/>\nAuthors must follow the IEOM paper guidelines (under Authors menu) since the winning papers will be published in the conference proceedings and indexed at IEOM Index \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/index.ieomsociety.org\/\">https:\/\/index.ieomsociety.org\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Submission Deadline: <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>October 30, 2024<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Judging<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A group of academics \/ professionals will serve as judges and evaluate the papers and presentations.
