All submissions must be presented at the IEOM Panama 2026 Conference. Awards will be given based on the technical content and presentation. These awards are presented at the IEOM Panama 2026 Awards Ceremony on August 5, 2026.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The submitter must enroll in a doctoral program or be a recent graduate from a doctoral program<\/li>\n<li>An abstract with power point presentation should be submitted<\/li>\n<li>The doctoral research must be presented at the IEOM Panama 2026 Conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IEOM Competition Rubrics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall content: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis and results: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the topic \/ confident: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<li>Answering questions: 1-5 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Publication and Indexing \u2013 Proceedings<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Papers will be published in the proceedings with DOI at IEOM Index. Your papers will be in open access with ISSN and ISBN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Submission<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Paper must be submitted online: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xcdsystem.com\/IEOM\/abstract\/index.cfm?ID=z2ODlfN\">https:\/\/www.xcdsystem.com\/IEOM\/abstract\/index.cfm?ID=z2ODlfN<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Judging<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A group of academics\/professionals will serve as judges and evaluate the papers and presentations.
