She holds a PhD from Victoria University, where her doctoral research was underpinned by a novel theoretical framework integrating Human Resource Management and Crisis Management. In addition to her PhD, Dr Madiwala holds a Master of Science in International Management and Strategy and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management (HRM).
