Lee R. Lambert
A Founder of the PMP

Lee R. Lambert is considered throughout the world as one of the project management profession’s thought leaders. He has been spreading the PM word for over 50 years and was one of the Founders of the PMP. Lee has been recognized by the Project Management Institute as one of only 85 PMI Fellows and in 2024 he received the Distinguished Leader in Project Management Award from the IEOM Society. He brings a “real world” message to those hoping to excel in their role of managing projects. His unique and humorous style creates an enjoyable and productive learning environment.
Lambert has implemented four enterprise-wide project management information systems and his work in developing High Performance Teams has been judged a miracle. He has prepared and delivered user training to thousands of employees at AT&T, IBM, General Electric, MicroSoft, Roche and countless others. His value-add consulting and training has been instrumental in creating successful PMOs to drive rapid implementation. He has provided “public” training programs for more than 50,000 professionals in 51 countries. Lee loves sharing his experience and knowledge on a variety of project management methodologies.

Marc is the Managing Director of Reefknot Investments, a Global Venture Capital firm, focusing on Supply Chain and Logistics Technology start-ups. Reefknot, backed by Temasek and Kuehne + Nagel, strives to help drive Supply Chain and Logistics industry transformation by identifying and actively supporting high growth technology start-ups seeking to transform the industry. Throughout his 20+ years career, Marc has actively been involved in the Supply Chain/Logistics and Technology space, Global and Asian Industry Think Tanks, as well as being on Boards and in Advisory functions in multiple Global and Asian growth companies. Marc has also previously served as the CEO for an Asia Pacific Supply Chain Technology firm, in Executive/Directorship capacities in MNCs such as IBM and Deloitte Consulting, as well as founded/co-founded several successful start-ups and a Global Supply Chain/Logistics Technology Think Tank. He is Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) from The Association for Operations Management (APICS), holds an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification, and graduated with an Honours Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Topic: Supply Chain Diversification: The Evolving Norm
Dr. Archer Fu is currently the Vice President, Head of Business Development in DHL Global Forwarding Asia Pacific. He is responsible for sector development and business growth with MNC and strategic customers, providing supply chain advisory and effective logistics solutions.
Dr Fu obtained his Ph.D. degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2002 in Singapore. He is also invited as the Visiting Professor of Supply Chain Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the Visiting Professor of MBA Program at Zhejiang University. Dr Fu served as the Vice President of CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals) China Roundtable & the President of CSCMP Shanghai Roundtable.

Topic: Evolution of supply chains in face of global risks, sustainability considerations, and trade barriers
Dr. Rajesh Piplani is the director of M.Sc. (Supply Chain & Logistics) program at NTU. He obtained his M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University in 1990, and his Ph. D. from Purdue University in 1995. Dr. Piplani is listed in Marquis Who is Who in Science and Engineering in USA (1998-1999).
He has over seven years of industry experience in India and USA in the areas of Supply-chain management and production planning of power plant equipment and semiconductor fabrication facilities. Since 1998, he has been on the faculty of NTU.
He is Program Manager, Integrated Manufacturing and Service Systems (IMSS) for Singapore funding agency A*Star, managing the SGD 8 Million program. He is an associate consultant with Y3 Technologies. He also sits on the eSCM council of Singapore Manufacturers Association and the Council of Supply Management Institute of Germany.
Dr. Piplani’s interests are in the area of supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises, supply chain coordination, reverse logistics and design and analysis of manufacturing systems.
