Each attendee needs to register and pay the registration fee with the respective categorizes.

The Conference Regular Registration Fee includes the following:

• Conference Technical Sessions
• Keynote Presentations
• Panel sessions
• Competitions
• Workshops
• Networking with participation from more than 40 countries
• ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
• Presentation certificate
• Workshop certificates
• Publication and indexing
• Three lunches

Registration Fees – Authors, Attendees and Speakers

**Students are required to email a student verification letter from the department head to info@ieomsociety.org.
***A processing fee of $50 will be charged for withdraw/cancellation. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors after January 1, 2025.
Registration fee does not include awards dinner. Attendees can purchase a dinner ticket. You can also buy dinner tickets for family members and guests.
Each registration can publish one paper or abstract. For additional paper(s), each additional paper registration rate is $150.

Limit 3 papers per registration with maximum of two additional papers (Each additional paper – $150)

• For three papers, the professional member rate will be $600 + $150 + $150 = $900 (one paper with your registration and fees for two additional papers).
• For two papers, the student member rate will be $300 + $150 = $450. (one paper with your registration and one additional paper fee).

Organization Partner: $1,000 (Logo will be added to the website, program and promotions, see details under sponsors)

Registration Policy for the IEOM Conference:

1. Single Author Registration: Each attendee must register and pay the registration fee individually.
2. Multiple Authors for One Article: If a paper has multiple authors (e.g., three authors) and all wish to attend, each author must register separately.
3. Each Registration: Each registration allows only one person to attend.
4. Accompanying Persons (Guest): Any accompanying persons must also register and pay the registration fee to attend.
5. Student and Professor Registration:
   • If an article (paper, abstract or poster) has both student and professor as authors, only one person may attend per registration.
   • Professors cannot attend using a student registration; they must register with the professional category.
   • If both or more authors (e.g., student and professor) are attending, each must complete separate registrations and pay according to their respective student or professional category.
