Lee R. Lambert
A Founder of the PMP

Lee R. Lambert is considered throughout the world as one of the project management profession’s thought leaders. He has been spreading the PM word for over 50 years and was one of the Founders of the PMP. Lee has been recognized by the Project Management Institute as one of only 85 PMI Fellows and in 2024 he received the Distinguished Leader in Project Management Award from the IEOM Society. He brings a “real world” message to those hoping to excel in their role of managing projects. His unique and humorous style creates an enjoyable and productive learning environment.
Lambert has implemented four enterprise-wide project management information systems and his work in developing High Performance Teams has been judged a miracle. He has prepared and delivered user training to thousands of employees at AT&T, IBM, General Electric, MicroSoft, Roche and countless others. His value-add consulting and training has been instrumental in creating successful PMOs to drive rapid implementation. He has provided “public” training programs for more than 50,000 professionals in 51 countries. Lee loves sharing his experience and knowledge on a variety of project management methodologies.

Dr. Luis Rabelo received the BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineer from the Technological University of Panama in 1983, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1987 Master’s and Doctorate in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri. He was a Postdoc at the University of Missouri in Nuclear Engineering. Dr. Rabelo received a dual MS in Systems and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has worked for the Advanced Technology Group (Goodrich) and Honeywell Laboratories. Dr. Rabelo was a NASA Fellow from 2002 to 2005, and a Project Manager at NASA from 2009 to 2011. He is currently Professor in the Industrial Engineering and Management Systems Department at UCF. He is also the Undergraduate Coordinator. He has written more than 300 articles and a book in Artificial Intelligence. He has been the principal advisor for 39 Master’s students and 29 PhDs. He received the award for the Best Scientific Article of the Year 2004 from the Society of Automotive Engineers, received the distinction “ONE NASA” in 2006. He was the recipient of the Fulbright Distinction in 2008. In November 2008, he received the honor of the Technological University of Panama (UTP) of being the 2008 Distinguished Alumni. In 2011, he was the Henaac Award Winner in Education. In 2013 and 2018, he received the Forest R. McFarland Award from the Society of Automotive Engineering (SAE). Lately, he received the SAE Russell S. Springer Award for his article on the modeling of space operations systems in 2017.

To name a few recent ones include Exemplary women in education award by Asia Today in 2020, Best youth worker award by Indian Srilankan embassy in 2019, the super woman award by Star network in 2022 apart from many best teacher awards. recently she has been honoured as the Best Education Leader in Hyderabad by forever star group. Her long academic service has facilitated her to get recognised by AICTE as margadarshak in 2018 to guide higher educational institutions to improve quality of education and acquire accreditation. Dr Jyothi has been recognised as an expert committee member by Ministry of education for NEAT and SLA. With rich expertise in accreditation process of NAAC, NBA, Dr Jyothi has been guiding many colleges presently towards accreditation. As a NAAC peer team chairman, Dr Nagajyothi Visited many universities and colleges across the country and guided many colleges for NAAC and NBA accreditation.
