Carlos Guardado is a professional with more than 12 years of management experience in quality & continuous improvement in diverse industries such as Assembly, Recycled Plastics, Apparel and Healthcare. Carlos has built a career by successfully guiding and advising several companies on Lean Culture deployment led by multidisciplinary teams with a value stream perspective (end to end) that assure the total integrity of the product and customer satisfaction. Over the past 10 years Carlos has a vast proven record in ROI, cost efficiency, expenses reduction, increase level of service and productivity. His Asia journey started in 2018 by being the leader of an expansion project opening a new facility in the North of Vietnam, since then his target has been coaching personnel in Lean Six Sigma practices and manage to accomplish the first Lean Healthcare training In Nghe An Dr. Quang Khoi Hospital proving that Lean is not a just tool is a way of life.
