Carlos has built a career by successfully guiding and advising several companies on Lean Culture deployment led by multidisciplinary teams with a value stream perspective (end to end) that assure the total integrity of the product and customer satisfaction. Over the past 10 years Carlos has a vast proven record in ROI, cost efficiency, expenses reduction, increase level of service and productivity.
