Prof Aftab Alam is a Visiting Professor at CMS Jamia Millia Islamia for Executive MBA Program and Member Advisory Council of Harvard Business Review, USA. He has also served as Dean Faculty of Commerce and Management at Rama University Kanpur recently, its before he was also Dean FCM at Integral University, Luck now during (2013- 16), and MIMT Greater Noida (2006-2007).
He has obtained his Masters, M. Com and M.Phil. from Aligarh Muslim University and has his MBA from Algappa University, Tamilnadu. In addition, he has his PG Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management from FCI (Aligarh) Ministry of Tourism, Govt. Of India. For his higher education, he has completed his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Atlantic University Honolulu, USA.
He has been Conferred 21st Century Educational Leadership Awards 2018 and recognized as Acclaimed Educator, In addition he has also been conferred as the Distinguished Teacher in Management at MTC Management Excellence Award-2018 ceremony at Bangalore. He is also a recipient of Best Professor in Services Marketing at ICBM Conference Hyderabad on 24 Nov,2018 Further to seeing his credence in Dec 15, 2018 He was accorded ‘Acclaimed Educator’ and has been awarded by American Leadership Award, 2018.
He has substantial experience of Teaching in the Department of Business Management with specialization of Marketing at leading Business Schools of different Institutes and Universities India in
( MDI ,Gurgaon, IAMT Ghaziabad, Mangalmay Institute of Management, Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Delhi, BIMTECH, Greater Noida, Bangalore University, Madras University, and King Abdul Aziz University Jeddah.)
His overall performance has been well praised thoroughly and have been awarded continuously 5 years “Distinguished Faculty” during his stay in abroad.

Anouar Hallioui is a Ph.D. candidate-researcher in the Department of Industrial Engineering – Center for Doctoral Studies in Sciences and Techniques and Medical Sciences of the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Fez, Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University (Fez, Morocco). He earned a State Engineer’s Degree (Dipl.-Ing) in Mechatronics Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Fez in 2017. He has industrial experience as a Production Manager, Industrial Cleaning Project Manager, and Site Process works & EHS Manager for industrial corporations. He has had a varied and exciting early career, moving from the construction, energy, and chemical industries to academia. His areas of interest include but are not limited to Engineering Management, Contemporary Business Management (Re-engineered 4th Generation Management), Systems Thinking, Systems Approach, System Analysis, Systems Theory, Manufacturing Systems, Production Systems Dependability, Optimization of Systems Maintenance and Productivity in different industries, Systemic Decision Making, Sustainability, Circular Economy, Industry 4.0, Risk Assessment, Safety Management, etc. Some of his research related to these fields are published in International Conferences’ Proceedings, and International Journals indexed in the highest quality research databases (e.g., Scopus-Elsevier, WoS, etc.). On the 8th of February 2023, he won the “International Best Researcher Award” on New Science Inventions. He is a Professional Member of the world’s largest international scientific societies, IEOM Society International and IEEE. Furthermore, he is a reviewer board member for many international journals, such as the Journal of Cleaner Production, Expert Systems with Applications, Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, Management and Production Engineering Review, the International Journal of Critical Infrastructures, and the International Journal of System of Systems Engineering. In addition, he is on the Editorial Board of Frontiers in Complex Systems as a Review Editor of the new journal Control and Engineering of Complex Systems.

Dr. Shijith Nambiar
Shijith is currently working as an assistant professor at SolBridge International Business School, Woosong University, South Korea. He is also associated with Amrita School of Business, Bangalore as a visiting faculty teaching in the graduate and executive programs. His primary teaching and research interests lie in the area of operations management and decision making. He has been teaching operations management related courses for under-grad, masters and executive level programs. He also engages in corporate training and leadership development programs. His research interests lie in behavioral decision making and wisdom of crowd in various operations management application areas. Some of his current research questions revolve around studying crowd decision making applications (such as new product development, judgmental forecasting). Shijith is passionate about teaching and experiential learning. He has won the prestigious Babson Scholarship on Entrepreneurial Education for teaching innovation. Shijith has published his research in a leading journal, Production & Operations Management (POM) and has also presented his research and views at different academic (such as INFORMS, USA; Behavioral Decision Research & Management, Boston; Society of Operations Management, India, IEOM, etc) and practitioner forums (such as, APICS, NASSCOM, IIIE, etc.). He also serves as the column editor of the INFORMS DA Newsletter.
Shijith has worked as a production engineer in a manufacturing SME for 1.5 years and as a business analyst/operations & supply chain management consultant for over six years in a leading IT & consulting organization.
Shijith did his bachelors in engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management) from Dr. AIT, Bangalore; MBA (Operations), Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, MS in Research (Management Science) and PhD in Business Studies & Management from IE Business School, Madrid. He is also APICS,USA certified CPIM. Shijith has successfully completed pedagogy seminars and courses from Babson College and Stanford D-School.

Dr. Raj is an accomplished professor of Management/Marketing with thirty years of industry/teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels in various universities. He has taught marketing and management courses in Ph.D., EMBA, MBA, MS (Management), and BBA programs, where he has utilized his industry and consultancy experience to enrich classroom dynamics. Dr. Raj earned his Ph.D. in Management/Marketing from Shivaji University in India and held four Master’s degrees in Business Administration (Marketing), Commerce (Banking), and Philosophy (Human Resources), as well as an MBA in Islamic Marketing from the International Islamic Marketing Association in the U.K. He has published and presented around a hundred research articles, book chapters, case studies, and talks in internationally ranked peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus, ABDC, SSCI, and KCI and International Conferences. Dr. Raj has won eleven Best Research Paper Awards and ten Academic Service Excellence Awards in different International Conference presentations in Egypt, South Korea, Malaysia, and UAE. He won the Best Professor and Researcher of the Year Award in 2015 and the Best Visiting Professor Award in 2013 from India’s Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Kakinada (JNTUK); Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) in Kazakhstan, respectively. He has extensive teaching and research experience in multicultural and multi-ethnic environments in India, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Nigeria, and the United Arab Emirates. His research interests are Marketing, Islamic Marketing, CSR, HRM, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship.

Prof. Shekar has 15 years of experience in academia and 15 years in Industry. Prof. Shekar Babu is the founding head of AMRITA School of Business, Bangalore. He started AMRITA School of Business, Bangalore in 2007 in collaboration with State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo, USA. He was also an Adjunct Faculty at School of Management, University at Buffalo, NY, USA. He worked for 10 years as a Director of Hewlett-Packard’s Software Division, California, USA. He was responsible for managing the $1Billion revenues. He worked 5 years as a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse (PWC), Los Angeles, California, USA. Prof. Shekar has been actively working on Sustainability, SDG and CSR projects since 2007. He led the “Education through Rural Transformation” project by implementing “Village Resource Centers (VRC)” across 5 remote locations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The VRC project was in collaboration with ISRO and with the help of corporate funding from HP, Microsoft, CTS and CISCO.
Prof. Shekar has been working with international researchers and consultants from USA, Australia and Europe on mandated CSR and Sustainability projects with focus on Indian government and private companies. He has published close to 50+ high-impact journal international conference papers. Prof. Shekar is also a guest editor is some prestigious research journals like “Sustainability Accountability Public Governance”, Industrial Marketing Management” and “Journal of Finance and Accounting”. Prof. Shekar is the Head of “AMRITA Center for Responsible Innovations and Sustainable Enterprises – ARISE” Lab. He has already secured funding of more than 2 Crores from HP, Microsoft, Cognizant, Cisco and SAN Engineering and Locomotives. The main areas of research include Technology for Social Good, Sustainability, SDGs, CSR and Ethics.
Prof. Shekar received B.E. (Electronics and Communications) degree from Bangalore University, India, M.S. (Computer Engineering) degree from California State University, Los Angeles, USA and PhD from AMRITA University, India.

Dr. Norman Kachamba is a lecturer for business and management at Unicaf University- Zambia, an accomplished graduate research examiner and supervisor. He is an all-rounder researcher but with particular interest in the areas of Marketing, Management, Education, Sustainable Development, Finance, Accounting and Edupreneurship. His scholarly works include the numerous papers presented at international conferences and contribution to the world encyclopedia of the Seventh-day Adventist church. Dr. Gaurav’s research interests are inclined toward areas in Operations and Supply chain management, such as Supply chain resilience, Production planning, Circular Economy, and Sustainability.
