He has been practicing Six Sigma in his work and as a consultant for last 16 years and helped set it up for many organizations. He is featured frequently as a guest speaker is ACCA Asia programs, universities, seminars where he talks about Design Thinking, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation and Data Science. Sadique is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black from Six Sigma Management Institute. Dr. Adnan holds B.Sc. from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bangladesh, M.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi, USA, and Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA.
Currently, he is working as an associate professor of Management at the School of Business and Economics, North South University. Previously, he taught at Independent University, Bangladesh, and Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. He also conducts workshops and invited lectures at renowned universities (e.g., The University of Dhaka (DU), BUET, etc.). His wide range of students includes both business and engineering graduates and supply chain professionals.

Md Saiful Azam has been leading Textile Wet processing Technology (Dyeing, Printing & Finishing) at Noman Terry Towel Mills Limited since 2015. He started his professional career in 2010 at ACS Textile (BD) Ltd. He has more than 12 years of experiences and is among very few who have vast practical knowledge in both exhaust and continuous dyeing processes. He set the benchmark in Dyeing RFT, water & Steam consumption, re-process, dyes-chemicals consumption, and so on. He is very specialized in cost-cutting, increasing efficiency, and reducing wastage. He is also leading many projects like Total Productive maintenance, increasing efficiency in weaving, and Supply Chain management. He is aligned with utilizing rising technologies to streamline work processes, increase efficiency and reduce caseloads. He earned his B. Sc. in Textile Engineering focused on Textile Wet Processing from Southeast University. He is also doing M. Sc. in Textile Wet Processing from the Bangladesh University of Textiles.
