Her long academic service has facilitated her to get recognised by AICTE as margadarshak in 2018 to guide higher educational institutions to improve quality of education and acquire accreditation. Dr Jyothi has been recognised as an expert committee member by Ministry of education for NEAT and SLA. With rich expertise in accreditation process of NAAC, NBA, Dr Jyothi has been guiding many colleges presently towards accreditation. Dr. M. Affan Badar is a professor, former department chair, and current director of the consortium-based PhD in Technology Management program in Bailey College of Engineering & Technology at Indiana State University (ISU), USA. While on leave from 2016 to 2018, he was Professor and Chair of the Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management Department at University of Sharjah, UAE. Prof. Badar earned his PhD in Industrial Engineering (IE) from University of Oklahoma (USA), MS in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (Saudi Arabia), and MSc (Engineering) in IE and BSc (Engineering – Hons) in ME from Aligarh Muslim University (India). Prof. Badar has published two edited books, seven book chapters, and over 100 articles in refereed journals and proceedings in the areas of lean six sigma, design, reliability, quality, engineering economy, healthcare, and supply chain. He received the Institution of Engineers (India) Fellow membership in 2026, ISU Faculty Distinguished Service Award in 2025, ISU Theodore Dreiser Distinguished Research/Creativity Award in 2023, IEOM Fellow Award in 2022, and Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017. Prof. Badar has been serving as an associate editor for the Engineering Management Journal, editorial board member for Int. J. of Quality & Reliability Management and NED University J. of Research: Applied Sciences, and reviewer for various journals and conferences. He was Editor-in-Chief for Int. Prof. (Dr.) Ashwani Kumar is a distinguished academic and researcher with over 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. and is currently a Professor and Head of Department in Technical Education Department Uttar Pradesh Kanpur (Government of Uttar Pradesh), India. His career includes tenure as an Assistant Professor at Graphic Era University, Dehradun. Dr. Kumar’s extensive administrative experience includes roles such as Nodal Officer for the PMKVY-TI Scheme and various positions within examination cells and government bodies. A prolific publisher, Dr. Kumar is a Series Editor for nine book series with major international publishers like Taylor & Francis (CRC Press), Scrivener-Wiley, Springer Nature, and Apple Academic Press. His editorial and review work extends to over 28 international journals. Dr. Kumar has authored over 280 research articles & book chapters and co-authored or edited 45+ books on topics including Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, and Renewable Energy. His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence in Mechanical Engineering, Smart Materials, and Renewable Energy. He holds five patents and has received a Research Excellence award. He has also guided 15 students and is actively involved in international conferences. In September 2025, a survey by Stanford University USA and Elsevier recognized him as a “Top 2% scientist of the world” in the field of Mechanical, Materials Engineering and Transports.

Her research interests include Marketing, International Business, Innovation and Open Innovation, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, Emerging Technologies, and International Education.
She has published research articles, conference papers, and book chapters in peer-reviewed and international publications. Her recent scholarly work addresses contemporary topics including generative AI, conversational AI, digital transformation, the metaverse, sustainability, ESG, innovation, and emerging technologies in business. She has also contributed chapters to publications from internationally recognized academic publishers.
Before joining Alliance University, Dr. Sahdev held academic and leadership positions at ISBR Business School, Bengaluru, and Amity University, where she contributed to teaching, research, international programs, academic administration, and global academic initiatives.

Dr. V. Vasu is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Coordinator of the CoE AR/VR for Digital Manufacturing at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal. He served as Program Director , Smart manufacturing & AI, NAMTECH ( 2025-26) Associate Dean (Research & Consultancy) in 2022-24 and President, Student Activity Centre.
He obtained his postgraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering from BITS Pilani, Ph.D. from JNTU Hyderabad, and completed postdoctoral research at Politecnico di Milano, Italy, under the Erasmus Mundus Fellowship.
His research interests include Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Robotics, IIoT, and Smart Manufacturing. He has authored 75 research papers, supervised 10 Ph.D. scholars, mentored 30 M.Tech. students, and holds three granted patents, with two under process. He has executed sponsored research projects worth ₹1.75 crore.
His awards include the Young Engineer Award (2010), Best Researcher in Engineering Award (2020), and Outstanding Engineer Award (2021). He also oversees the Mechatronics and Smart Factory Laboratories at the CoE for Digital Manufacturing & Automation, a joint initiative of NIT Warangal and Siemens.

Dr. Ali was an Assistant Professor in Industrial Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico – Mayaguez, a Visiting Assistant Professor in Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Toledo, and a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at the Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Khulna. He received an Outstanding Professor Award from the Industrial Engineering Department, University of Puerto Rico -Mayaguez. Dr. Ali has been recognized with a Fulbright Award. He has published 75 journal papers and 150 conference papers. Dr Ali conducted research projects with Chrysler, Ford, DTE Energy, New Center Stamping, Whelan Co., Delphi Automotive System, GE Medical Systems, International Truck and Engine Corporation (ITEC), and Rockwell Automation. His research interests include manufacturing systems, quality, lean, six-sigma, simulation, artificial intelligence, supply chain, and optimization. He supervised 11 doctoral students in the Doctor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems (DEMS). He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IEOM Society International. Dr. Ali is a Co-Chair of the International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. Dr. Ali organized IEOM conferences around the globe on six continents including Dhaka, Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul, Bali, Dubai, Orlando, Detroit, Rabat, Bristol, Bogota, Paris, Washington, DC, Lima, Johannesburg, Bangkok, Pilsen, Toronto, Costa Rica, Monterrey, Sao Paulo, Riyadh, Manila, Melbourne, New Delhi, Sydney, Augsburg, Tokyo, and Muscat.
