Topic: Assessing the Digital Readiness of MSMEs in Indonesia
Aries Susanty is a Professor of Industrial Engineering with research areas in the field of supply chain governance (relationship between buyer, seller, contract, and supply chain performance), green supply chain management and circular economy, sustainable supply chain management, halal supply chain management, performance management on Small and Medium Enterprises, and service management (customer behavior, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty). Aries Susanty is also head of the Industrial Optimization and Statistics Laboratory. Her research track record has been demonstrated by winning many research grants from the internal university of Diponegoro and outside the university, such as from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology and the National Research and Innovation Agency, and directly from Indonesia industry sectors. Based on her research, Prof Aries Susanty has published over 85 papers in refereed academic journals and conference proceedings. Furthermore, Prof Aries Susanty is an engineer by education with a strong background in contemporary simulation and modelling techniques, including discrete-event simulation and system dynamics. In addition to his research activities, Prof Aries Susanty has also been actively involved in learning initiatives within the Department of Industrial Engineering, Diponegoro University, including creating research-informed teaching cases and supervising Masters student’s theses.

Emotional Intelligence based stress management system – work place stress analysis
Dr. E.R. Rajkumar is a Visiting Professor in Applied Artificial Intelligence Institute(A2I2) and also program manager in Apex semiconductors. Mr. Rajkumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madras University, India and a Master of Technology degree in Biomedical Engineering from VIT University and Ph.D. in Electronics, Microelectronics, and Microwave Optoelectronics from University of Rouen, France. He has successfully completed executive education from UC Berkeley and Haas Business School on new business model innovation, customer segment identification and MVP validation. He is also certified a scrum master CSM. He has more than 25 years of experience in teaching and learning along with industry. He has taught courses in embedded communications, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Bio-signal processing and MEMS. Dr. Rajkumar also served as Chief Information Officer for iRAD (integrated Road Accident Database Management System) at IIT Madras, India. Previously he was with Bosch as Senior Architect with deftness in supporting multiple business units, competency & innovative product development. Supported Health care department from its inception and helped to bring AI-IOT products with compliances and certification. He has represented India as an Indian Delegate to The Netherlands on Innovative & Futuristic health care product development. Also, have demonstrated expertise in business model innovation, lean start-up methodology & strategic business planning. Successfully guided Two PhDs and Two MS by research along with over 150 Capstone Projects for bachelors and Master’s Engineering. Dr. Rajkumar’s passion towards AI-IOT has started with his Computer based brailler from 2006 and striving his research in the area of cognitive computing & effective computing towards wearables; stress management; sleep disorders; and meditation and its impact on different health conditions. Considering his contribution and research collaboration in digital technology with Australia, he has been awarded Australian Permanent Resident through Global Talent Pathway. He has 50 plus publications and three patents.

Muhammad Fazal Ijaz is working as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne Australia. Throughout his tenure at multiple academic institutions, including roles as a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, and Assistant Professor at institutions in South Korea and Mexico, He has consistently demonstrated a commitment to exemplary teaching and research practices. Acting as a co-supervisor for research scholars at prestigious institutions such as Dongguk University, Sejong University, and Silesian University of Technology in Poland, I have demonstrated a dedicated commitment to mentoring and guiding the future generation of researchers. He has published numerous research articles in several international peer-reviewed journals, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Scientific Reports, Nature, IEEE Access, Journal of Food Engineering, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, and Sustainability. His research interests include Machine learning, Healthcare 4.0, Internet of Things, Big data, and Industry 4.0.

John Kazemzadeh is a Program Manager at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) with over fifteen years of experience in both government and private sectors. His adept management of large and small-scale projects has resulted in significant cost savings, improved process efficiency, and ensured regulatory compliance. John’s expertise spans project management methodologies, SDLC, ITSM, Lean Six Sigma, and business process management. In his current role, John is leading a team of more than 20 professionals working on a project to develop origination and onboarding features for a new credit card platform at NAB. Holding a Bachelor of Information Technology from Amirkabir University (Tehran Polytechnic) and a Master of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne, John’s academic pursuits have led to several publications in the areas of business process management and human-computer interaction. He has also acquired multiple professional certifications, including but not limited to SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PRINCE2 Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma.
