Pallav has over two decades of global experience in working extensively with governments, MNCs, social enterprises and startups. He has served in the Indian Navy and has been on the panel of various expert groups in NATO. He has also been guest lecturer at IIT, Delhi and a mentor at the University of California at Berkeley. A submariner at heart, Dr. Pallav is based out of innovation hub, i.e. in the Silicon Valley, California. He is currently engaged in deploying electric vehicles, setup large scale charging infrastructure, including working on the latest V2G (vehicle to grid) technology across the school system in the United States. Pallav is also deeply involved in developing scaling and go-to-market strategies for futuristic technologies that change humanity for the better. He has been invited as a subject matter expert at the Stanford University to judge innovations that impact real economy. Pallav is an alumnus of IIM, Lucknow and The Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Michael O. Ajayi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various industries, including IT, Facility, Oil & Gas, and Telecommunications. He currently holds the position of Faculty Head of IT at CTU Training Solutions in Pretoria, South Africa, and previously served as the National Programme Manager: IT Faculty/Interim Head of Research at Eduvos (formerly Pearson Institute of Higher Education), where he was also the Pretoria Campus Programme Convenor: IT Faculty. Dr. Ajayi’s academic career began as an electrical/clinical engineering lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology, and he later became an IT lecturer at Pearson Institute of Higher Education. With over 18 years of experience in academia and various industries, Dr. Ajayi has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon. He has earned multiple degrees, including an MSc degree in electronic and electrical systems from École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Électrotechnique et Électronique in Paris, France, an MTech degree in electrical engineering with specialties in control engineering from F’SATI at TUT Pretoria South-Africa, and a Doctoral Technologiae degree in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Signal, Image, and Automatique at the University of Paris Est ED MSTIC, France. Dr. Ajayi has published over 12 peer-reviewed articles and journal publications on topics such as attitude control of Cube Satellites, human locomotion, nonlinear control systems, and rehabilitation robotics. In the past 5 years, his responsibilities have been focused on the development and implementation of strategic policies and programs across IT qualifications in Higher Institutes of Learning, with his expertise lying in the management and implementation of programs related to the fourth industrial revolution such as Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Robotics Automation, Computer Networking, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Ajayi is also a lecturer, researcher, professional curriculum and content developer in the IT field, and academic structure strategist, and continues to contribute to the field of IT through his research and teaching.

Dr. Elif Kongar is a Professor of Economics & Business Analytics at the Pompea College of Business, University of New Haven. Before joining UNH, she served as Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Research in the School of Engineering at Fairfield University between September 2021 and December 2022. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Kongar was Professor of Technology Management and Mechanical Engineering and Chair of the Technology Management Department at the School of Engineering at the University of Bridgeport (UB), and held a Lecturer position at Yale School of Management. During her tenure at UB, she established several research programs, graduate concentrations and coursework in interdisciplinary areas including predictive analytics, data visualization, statistical analysis, supply chain management and logistics, simulation and modeling, economic and environmental sustainability, and service management and engineering. Dr. Kongar is Founding Director of the Ph.D. Program in Technology Management at UB–the only Ph.D. program of its kind in the Northeast; and one out of a handful of such programs in the U.S–; and has served in this role since the inauguration of the program in September 2014. Dr. Kongar utilizes quantitative and qualitative methods in her interdisciplinary and technology-driven research. She has published over one hundred well-cited papers in scholarly journals and conference proceedings. Her research areas include economically and environmentally sustainable waste recovery systems and operations, disassembly sequencing and planning, electronic waste, performance evaluation, big data and data analytics, quality improvement, engineering education programs, female participation and efficiency in engineering disciplines and in K-12 STEM education. Dr. Kongar is the Department Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and an active member of various national and international technical committees, advisory boards, program committees and editorial boards. She is an elected member of the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) Board of Governors, and has served as Chair of the IEEE TEMS Professional Training and Education Adhoc Committee.
