Ha has the vast knowledge about Materials Management and Supply Chain Management of mentioned renowned large manufacturing industries in Bangladesh.
Mr. Sadeq is also a honorary lecturer of BIHRM Supply Chain and Dream Zone (Uttara), Dhaka and the Chairman of Executive committee of BIHRM Supply chain wings. He has the practical experience of delivering speech in lots of Seminar, Conference and Workshops related with Motivation, Skill & Leadership Development, Job preparation, Effective Team Building, Time Management, Materials Management, Procurement & Distribution and Integrated Supply Chain Management. He has trained lots of people in various organization to develop their professional career.
He attended many trainings and seminars and got experience regarding professional career. He always share his practical experience regarding problem solving issues in his career. Mr. Habib had completed few trainings as ‘Training of Trainers Program’ based on Machine Shop Practice, NanYang Polytechnic Institute, Singapore. He also had taken technical training in India on Design of jigs & fixtures, Design of dies and molds, ‘CNC manufacturing systems’ held in CITD, Hyderabad, India. Mr. Habib also completed a training on human resources development in die and molds organized by AOTS, in Yokohama, Japan. Besides Md Mazharul Habib has also attended and successfully completed few training on Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, in UK.

Md Habibur Rahman is a proactive and highly organized supply chain management professional with over eight (8) years of demonstrated ability to significantly add value, improve quality, and reduce procurement costs by standardizing processes, effective demand planning, negotiating favorable terms, and streamlining global and local supplier channels.
Md Habibur Rahman has completed my BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology. Also, he has completed my MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology. Moreover, he is pursuing a diploma in procurement and supply from CIPS.
Currently, Mr. Rahman is working for Runner Automobiles limited as a Manager Supply Chain. He is responsible for Runner Motorcycles components and MRO (maintenance, repair, and operational) items sourcing and procuring from international and local sources. Also, he is responsible for ensuring the aftermarket service team required logistic support. He worked with BAJAJ Motos India, KTM, Different Chinese companies (Lifan, Dayang, Haojin), and Vespa management staff.
Previously, Mr. Rahman worked for ACI Motors Limited as an Assistant Manager of Spare Parts and services. He was responsible for ensuring all product spare parts availability and service team logistic support. In ACI Motors Limited. He got the opportunity to work directly with some world-renowned organizations like Yamaha Motors Japan, International Tractor Limited India, Yanmar Japan, and FOTON.

Dr. Sajal Chandra Banik is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. He has graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bangladesh in 1998. He obtained his M.Sc. in Mechatronics degree from Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH), Germany in 2005. He was awarded PhD degree (Robotics and Artificial Intelligence) from Saga University, Japan in 2009. He has served also as a visiting professor for one year at Veltech University, Avadi, Chennai, India. His research fields are robotics and mechatronics systems. He has participated in NASA’s 4th Annual Lunabotics Mining Competition-2013, Kennedy Space Center, Florida, USA and gathered 10 days experienced there and also participated in ABU Robocon in 2014. By this time, he has acquired professional and organizational experiences like Dean, Head, Provost, Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project’s (HEQEP) Manager, UG/PG/PhD student’s Supervisor, National Consultant for ‘4IR Based Future Skills’ project under a2i. He has also organized several International Conferences as Conference Chair/Secretary. He is also Co-editor/reviewer for several renowned international journals. He is Fellow of IEB and member of ASME and Advisor of ASME, CUET branch. He has published more than 80 research papers including IEEE, Scopus, and Springer journals.

Kh Abu Nur Ashfaq Ahmed Lord is now working as Head of Plant & General Manager of Bag Manufacturing Plant, a unit of BASHUNDHARA GROUP, a leading business concern of Bangladesh, since February, 2018. 24 years more professional experience where he has worked in the fields of engineering, supply chain and operations management. He earned B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), Bangladesh in 1998. Then he joined as a project Engr in the Lift & Escalator section of HUANDAI, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Then he switched to Chottogram Shah Amanat Airport Development Project under HITACHI CONSORTIUM. In February, 2001 he joined in Abul Khair Group. A long time about 17 years more, he worked in different factories at different positions. He was Head of Plant, Poly Sack Plant, Shah Cement Ind. Ltd. a sister concern of Abul Khair Group, before joining Bashundhara Group. He has visited 14 countries more including UAE, India, China, Nepal, Korea, Tanzania, Saudi Arab, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam for professional events. Long time he is involved in IEOM and IEB, Bangladesh.
