IEOM Industry Solutions sessions will showcase the industrial case studies and their impacts of the industrial solutions using IE / OM tools and techniques (lean, six sigma, FMEA, simulation, design of experiments, optimization, TOC, PLM, CAE, statistical analysis, safety, reliability, etc.) IEOM 2023 Peru Conference will have a dedicated session for the Industry Solutions where distinguished practitioners provide their presentations including their experiences and journey to be successful. Fifteen featured speakers will be from various part of the world to address industrial challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability. Each speaker needs to submit a title of the talk, abstract and a short bio as well as power point presentation prior to the conference. Main objective: To show how the disrupting technologies led to Industry 4.0 as the actual Industry revolution and the solid core on which all of them have been supported.
Aurelio Arbildo holds BS in Chemical Engineering (Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Lima) , M.Sc. and Ph. D in Nuclear Engineering (The university of New Mexico, USA), Professor at Universidad de Lima since 1997, mainly in Process control and automation as well as Technology Innovation.
Was Executive Director of the Peruvian Institute for Nuclear Energy (IPEN) from 2002 to 2007 and General Manager of Sociedad Inducontrol Ingeniería SAC, company devoted to process control and automation, from 2007 to date.
Main interests in his field of expertise includes System integration, machine vision, robotics and new industry technologies.

Dr. Christopher Harris is an Associate Professor of Computer Science in the School of Mathematical Science at the University of Northern Colorado. Previously, he taught at the State University of New York in Oswego and has nearly 20 years of work experience as a technical strategist at companies including the World Bank, Northrop Grumman, Ratheon, E! Entertainment Television, and AT Kearney. He served as the General Manager at Advisa Group, a technology consultancy based in Beijing, China. Professor Harris received his PhD in Information Science at the University of Iowa, an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, his Masters in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, and his Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida. Professor Harris’ research areas include applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to business, agriculture, human resources, and manufacturing, ensuring fairness in machine learning algorithms, and applications involving blockchain and smart contracts.

Mr. Lal has worked with automotive giants such as Delphi Technologies (now Borg Warner) and Eaton Corporation in e-mobility in the US. His work has been published in books such as Innovate Toronto.
