Dr. Muhamad Chairul Basrun Umanailo Born in Tanah Lapang Kecil, Ambon City on November 22, 1978. Undergraduate program in the Department Sociology, Eleven March University (1997-2001). Continuing the Postgraduate Masters program in Sociology at Eleven March University (2012-2015). Completed Doctoral Program in Sociology FISIP Universitas Brawijaya in 2021. Active as a Permanent Lecturer at Iqra Buru University in 2011-2022. Currently active as a lecturer at Social and Political Sciences at Brawijaya University. Served as Vice Chancellor III of Iqra Buru University (2016-2018). Member of the Indonesian Sociological Association (2003-present). Previously served as Head of Center for Planning and Development Studies at Iqra Buru University in 2017-2022. Become a reviewer in several Scopus indexed journal and WoS.

Dr. Syamsiah Badruddin

Syamsiah Badruddin, Holds a Bachelor of Education Degree (1987) from the Ujung Pandang Teaching and Education Institute (IKIP), Masters in Population and Family Planning (1997) and Doctor of Social Sciences (2004) Hasanuddin University. Currently as a Professor in the Sociology Study Program at the National University. He is currently leading the grant research and community service team from the Ministry of Education, Indonesia since 2022 in the field of social, sustainability and digitalization of education. Renewable energy. He also serves as Chair of the South Sulawesi Institute for Public Policy Studies (LKKPI). General Treasurer of DPP ADRI (Expert and Lecturer of the Republic of Indonesia), Head of Research and Publication of IPEST (International Researcher in Economics, Social and Technology), author of 32 Scopus documents.

Evi Sopandi received his Bachelor of Biology Education (1990) IKIP Padang Indonesia, Master on Biology (2000) Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung, and Doctor Degree on Educational Research and Evaluation (2019) Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. Currently he serves as Coordinator of Collaboration/Cooperation, Educational Research Planner in National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Indonesia. He is active in many research team conducted by National Research and Innovation Agency, majoring in social sciences, humanities, and education. He also author of several SCOPUS documents, and many articles in SINTA Journals (Indonesia indexed).

Dr Fauzilah Salleh is an Associate Professor at the Department of Finance and Banking, Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Terengganu. She holds a PhD in Finance from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance (Hons), a Master of Science in Marketing, and Master of Entrepreneurship. Her areas of expertise include risk management, marketing and entrepreneurship. With over 24 years of teaching and research experience, she has also spent 10 years in the financial and government sectors. In terms of research, she was appointed as a researcher under the Ministry of Home Affairs of Malaysia to research on Safety Perception Index 2023, Ministry of Higher Education to develop the Cyber Security Risk Management Framework for Higher Education Institutions: Strategies to Address Uncertainty in Industry 4.0, Islamic Risk Management for Public Listed Companies in Malaysia, and Develop a National Disaster Risk Reduction Framework (DRR) on Flood Risk Management. In addition, Dr Fauzilah was also entrusted by the Takaful industry to develop Micro Takaful coverage products for the B40 group. Her skills in quantitative and qualitative research methodology are seen as the strength to ensure the success of each research project. She has also presented papers at international and national conferences and produced several international conference proceedings, journal articles, and research projects, specifically in risk management, marketing and entrepreneurship.

Tukimun, received his Bachelor Civil Engineering (2002) Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda, Master Civil Engineering (2004) Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya and Doctor Civil Engineering (2021) Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar, Indonesia. Currently as Lecturer at Faculty of Civil Engineering 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda, Indonesia also registered as Engineer Expert Certified. Engineer Professional Program (PPI) at UMI-Makassar in 2018. Received the 2019 Associate Professional Engineer Program (IPM) and the Asean Engineering Registration Program (Asean Eng) in 2019. Current activity is as a permanent lecturer at the 17 August 1945 Samarinda University Foundation at the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, also the current position as the Main Director of PT. Arcsindo Karya Utama Engineering Consultant. He is active as an administrator for professional organizations such as the DPP INKINDO KALTIM, DPP INTAKINDO KALTIM, the East Kalimantan branch of the Indonesian Engineers Association (PII). In addition, he is also active in organizations such as HPJI East Kalimantan, the Indonesian Lecturer Community and other activities related to the BNSP / LSP HATSINDO Expertise Assessment and Instructors in the Field of Civil Engineering by Government Agencies both Local and National.
