Hyatt Regency Dubai Hotel can assist in processing tourist visas for guests staying in our Hotel (single entry, valid for 30 days).

Following documents are required to process visa through Hyatt Regency Dubai:

• Clear colored scanned passport copy. (Scanned and attached in PDF or JPEG format).
• Passport size colored photo. (Attached in PDF or JPEG format)
• Completed Visa Application Form. (Typed in Word sheet format, attached)

Once all documents are received, the Visa application will be forwarded to the Dubai Immigration however not earlier than 10 days prior to the arrival date.

Additionally we will require a deposit of AED 350 per person, it serves as a guarantee during guest stay in UAE. This amount will be blocked on the provided card & released once the guest leaves the country.

• All the information in the form should be completed*
• The visa is valid for entry only through UAE Airports
• For Indian passport holders, copy of parent’s page required.
• We do not assist with “OK to Board”. India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka passport holders have to make the arrangements though the respective airlines in advance if required

Please note that visa approval is subject to the Dubai Immigration. Visa charges are non-refundable. In case of hotel booking cancellation, rejection or no show AED 120 will be added to the visa fee in case of Standard process. The issued visa will be valid for a single entry only and it is not a multiple entry visa.

Standard process        

• AED 350 per application. Plus Vat 5% will be charge. Visa process takes 7 working days excluding Friday, Saturday and Public Holidays. It will be send 2 days prior to the arrival.

Urgent process            

• AED 550 per application. Plus Vat 5% will be charge. Visa process takes 3 working days excluding Friday, Saturday and Public Holidays which is not applicable for Arabic passport holders). For the short notice arrivals it will be send as soon as approved.
