Mohammad Ichsan is an Assistant Professor of Binus Business School. He has published some books and papers in the area of project management. He has over 20 years of experience in managing projects in multiple industries such as Information Technology, construction, telecommunication, and financial services. His current research domain is Project Management Office, Sustainable Project Management, Agile Project Management, and Strategic Project Management. His teaching area is project management, operations management, and supply chain as well as research methodology in the both undergraduate and graduate programs.
Dr. Ichsan received his electrical engineering degree from Hochschule Darmstadt in Germany (Diplom Ingenieur) and his master’s degree from the University of Indonesia in Project Management (Magister Teknik – Cum Laude), meanwhile, his Ph.D. is pursued from Bina Nusantara University majoring Strategic Management. Dr. Ichsan has also professional project management credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Management Institute – Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) from Project Management Institute and Project Management Office – Certified Practitioner from PMO Global Alliance. He was appointed as Regional 15 Mentor PMI and a member of Project Management Institute Global and Indonesia Chapter.

Muhammad Fauzan was born in Bengkalis on April 6th, 1973. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology in 1998 and a Master’s Degree (S2) in Financial Management from the University of Riau in 2009.
Served as Director of Human Capital and Legal of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) based on the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decree No. SK-51/MBU/02/2021 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the PT Hutama Karya (Persero) dated February 25th, 2021.
Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of PT HK Realtindo (2014-2016), Head of Business Development and Investment Division of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (2016-2018), and Executive Vice President of Corporate Secretary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (2018-2021).

Nazmul Hossain is a CFD Engineer currently working in the Cooling Performance Simulation team at Caterpillar’s Large Power System Division. With a Master’s degree in Computational Science from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston, he possesses a strong educational and research background in industrial and academic fluid dynamics related problems. Nazmul has also served as a lecturer at the University of Houston, teaching undergraduate courses such as fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, Element of Plant design, and introduction to CFD.
Nazmul has demonstrated his CFD expertise and problem-solving abilities through the successful completion of numerous projects focused on cooling performance optimization of large engines and engine components, and development of advanced power products. His specialization lies in multiphase flow modeling and simulations. Some notable projects include developing a common method to quantify solid particle bed performance, efficient fluidized bed design, as well as analyzing nano-particle suspensions in heat transfer fluids and novel Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) receiver design for CSP systems.
Nazmul has contributed to the field through publications on CSP technology and fluid-particle interactive bed performance analysis and optimization.
