Dr. Naveen.B. P did his B.E. from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), Bangalore., M. Tech (Geotechnical Engineering) from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, M.S (Geotechnical Engineering), Ph.D. & Postdoctoral (Geotechnical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Currently, he is working as Professor & Director of Quality Assurance Enhancement (QAE), Amity University Lucknow. He was involved in teaching, research as well as administration. Also, he handled the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) accreditation. He has 6 .5 years of post-PhD teaching experience, 5.5years of industry experience after graduation & post-graduation, and 6 years of research experience during his Ph.D. amounting total experience of 18 years. His area of research is Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering and his Ph.D. work were related to “Assessment of Leachate Characteristics & Geotechnical Properties of Municipal Solid Waste Landfill”.
His Ph. D. Thesis is referred by Bruhat Bengaluru Mahangara Palike (BBMP) and Karnataka State Pollution Control Board for reopening of Mavallipura landfill. He Served as Resource Person and Taught for regular Ph.D. Students on the topic entitled ” Solid Waste Management” at Centre for Nano and Soft Material Science (CeNS) research institute under the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India & NLD Training Institute, Bhutan.He has total of 896 Google scholar-cited international/ national journal publications in various referred journals like ASTM geotechnical testing, Environmental Pollution, Measurement., etc. including peer-reviewed conference proceeding papers. Out of these publications, 28 documents are SCI/Scopus indexed. He is the Chief Editor of one international Journal in his area of research. He has reviewed several research articles in Elsevier, SAGE, Taylor & Francis, and Springer. He has also collaborated on research with different groups and research centres during his academic career.
He has also bagged 5 awards (IEI Young Engineers Award, Professional Excellence Award, ISSMGE Foundation Award, Centre for International Co-operation in Science (CICS), and Sir M Visvesvaraya Award). In the year 2019 Nominated and selected by the Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS), as one of the two Young Geotechnical Scientists (aged below 35 years) to represent India and present a research paper at the 9th Young Asian Geotechnical Engineers Conference (9AYGEC) and 15th International Conference on Geotechnical Engineering (15ICGE). He is a member of Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE), American Society of Civil Engineering (ASCE), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE), Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS), Karnataka Environmental Research Foundation (KERF), National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED), Consulting Engineers Association of India (CEAI), Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Institution of Engineers India (IEI).
He has developed a Pile Modelling Design Kit using PLAXIS 2D & 3D, with detailed cases from the industry for fresh/intermediate Geotechnical Design Engineers. He is well versed in using a numerical package (useful in Geotechnical and GeoEnvironmental profession) like PLAXIS 2D &3D, Pollute, Deep soil, Shake 2000, Geo 5, Alp Oasysis, Autocadd. In addition, he handled Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering course at International Geotechnical Centre CGI, Lima – Peru.
He has guided several Ph.D., M.S. M. Tech, and B. Tech students. He has delivered more than 65 plus invited lectures in various engineering, research institutions, and technical associations. He has handled National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) & Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) accreditation process at Amity University Haryana.

Dr. Vinaytosh Mishra is the Director of Thumbay Institute for AI in Healthcare and Associate Professor for Healthcare Management (Management, Digital Health, and Health Analytics) at the College of Healthcare Management and Economics, Gulf Medical University, Ajman (UAE). He has over 16 years of experience in Healthcare, EdTech, Finance, and Information Technology. He made a diabetes speciality clinic into a fifty-bed multi-specialty clinic during his tenure at Aaroha Healthcare (P) Ltd. In his last Assignment as Associate Professor at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, he was program director for two successful long-duration programs, namely “Building Intelligent Healthcare Analytics” and “PGPM in Healthcare Management and Analytics”. He is also a certified Diabetes Educator and Master Blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma.
