Activities

The main activities of the IEOM chapter (Mekelle University) are listed as follows

1. Preparing an IEOM conference, seminar or event in an international based to foster the IE and OM activities for developing and performing of the betterment of human life.
2. Preparing short term trainings in the industrial engineering an d operations management tools for large and small scale companies
3. Engaging in community service to solve the problem of the society
4. The Mekelle University IEOM will assist in the development of leadership, professional development, skill and communication by using the industrial engineering tools and principles
5. Searching for funds and sponsorship of the program of the IEOM chapter
6. Select and nominate qualitative members and proficient member of the IEOM, all those activities will perform by the chapter not only those but also a lots of activities will have accomplished.
