The Conference Regular Registration Fee includes the following:

• Conference Technical Sessions
• Keynote Presentations
• Competitions
• Panel Sessions
• ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
• Presentation Certificate
• Publishing and Indexing
• Three Lunches
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks for all three days
• Award dinner with professional registration (students need to buy dinner ticket)

Registration Fees

*Members of IEOM Society
**Students are required to email a student verification letter from the department head to info@ieomsociety.org.
***There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors after November 15, 2024. A processing fee will be charged for withdraw/cancellation before due date. Students need to buy dinner ticket.
Each registration can publish one paper or abstract. For additional paper(s), each additional paper registration rate is $100. Max limit 2 additional papers with one registration and one participant.

If multiple authors are attending, each needs to do the full registration separately.

Dinner ticket – $50 and guest lunch ticket – $40.

Registration Policy for the IEOM Conference:

1. Individual Registration: Each attendee must register and pay the registration fee individually.
2. Multiple Authors for One Paper: If a paper has multiple authors (e.g., three authors) and all wish to attend, each author must register separately.
3. Single Admission per Registration: Each registration allows only one person to attend.
4. Accompanying Persons: Any accompanying persons must also register and pay the registration fee to attend.
5. Co-Authors: All co-authors who plan to attend must register individually.
6. Student and Professor Registration:
   • If a paper has both student and professor authors, only one person may attend per registration.
   • Professors cannot attend using a student registration; they must register with the professional category.
   • If both or more authors (e.g., student and professor) are attending, each must complete separate registrations and pay according to their respective student or professional category.

Method 2: Bank Wire Transfer
BY BANK TRANSFER (TT, not Bank Draft): The registrant is requested to pay all handling fees charged by his or her bank(s).

Please ask for an invoice for payment by bank wire transfer (info@ieomsociety.org).
You can send your registration form with wire transfer document by email.
