• Collaborating in research with international institutes

• Getting the South African Industries involved with the UJ IEOM Student Chapter by sponsoring undergraduates and post Graduate students with bursaries and experiential learning
• Applying for National Research Funds (NRF) funding to pursue Operations management research projects
• Encouraging enterprise development through Teaching and Learning.
