The Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society International (IEOM Society International) is the organizer of the World Congress on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management with a focus on advanced manufacturing technologies and vehicle electrification, Detroit, Michigan, October 9-11, 2024. This event will be held at the Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan. The theme of the conference is “Advance Manufacturing Technologies and Digitization including vehicle electrification and smart mobility”. The conference aims to provide a forum for academics, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and recent developments in the field of advanced manufacturing technologies, manufacturing digitalization, artificial intelligence in manufacturing, smart manufacturing, vehicle electrification, smart mobility, industrial automation and manufacturing operations excellence. The conference is also expected to foster networking, collaboration, and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in advanced and cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, digitalization, vehicle electrification, smart mobility, automotive supply chain, smart manufacturing, factory floor automation, robotics integration in manufacturing, PLC, digital twin, etc.

Authors can submit full paper(s) or abstract(s) only. Authors MUST use the conference template to prepare papers or abstracts. IEOM Society encourages to submit full paper(s). All full papers will be subjected to double peer review. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings and indexed. Any submission implies that an author will attend IEOM 2024 Detroit World Congress and present the paper or abstract. SELECTED PAPERS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN IJIEOM (International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management).
