IEOM Society International addresses the issues of Global Supply Chain & Logistics and Global Business Management Education. There are various levels of readiness of engineering graduates from various parts of the world. One of the main themes is how to reduce the readiness gap of business management graduates around the world. The special focus is given to operations management, management science, supply chain management, business analytics, and logistics management. Are the graduates ready to take on the challenges of the current global economy? IEOM Asia Pacific Conference will have a dedicated session for the Global Business Management Education where distinguished speakers will discuss the readiness of business management graduates for workforce around the world. Featured speakers will be from various part of the world to address business management education challenges and opportunities.

Ismail Suardi Wekke is a lecturer at Postgraduate Program in the Department of Islamic Education, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Sorong, Indonesia, where he serves as chair of department (2020-2021) Institut Agama Islam negeri (IAIN) Sorong, Indonesia. Ismail was born in the village namely Camba. A village in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. His areas of interest and research range in various topics, including teaching and learning, sociolinguistics, and multicultural education. Occasionally, he departs on the topic of Bugis, or cultural studies. Moreover, he enjoys his life in Papua on the topic of the island. He graduated from IAIN Alauddin Ujungpandang in Arabic Language Teaching and Learning. His master degree completed in State Islamic High School (STAIN) Malang. Recently, it transformed to Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang, Indonesia. He earned his doctoral degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, in Arabic Education Department. He participated in Summer Course on Globalization, IKMAS Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2006). He has published some books and many articles in ICT in language learning, and Multicultural teaching and learning. This activities gives him chance to receive the 50 top of Indonesian academy on SINTA, 2020. He is a member of EuroSEAS, ADRI, DIS, and ICSEI. He is an editor in chief of Asian Contemporary Education. He also serves as Director of Academic Personnel, manages Mistar Journal and MISTAR: Jurnal Pendidikan. He is an editor in chief of Asian Contemporary Education. One of the recent positions is vice chairman of Center for Scientific Publication, Institute of Health, Majelis Ulama Indonesia.

Dr Memon obtained his PhD from The Hanyang University South Korea. Dr Memon Published more than 50 research articles and International reputed journals and conferences. A list of his novel publications includes Group multi-criteria supplier selection using combined grey systems theory and uncertainty theory, Sustainable and Resilient Supply Chain Network Design under Disruption Risks, and Analysis of Traceability Optimization and Shareholder’s Profit for Efficient Supply Chain Operation under Product Recall Crisis. Dr Memon is currently serving as President IEOM Pakistan Chapter. Dr. Memon also honored of listed in Marquis Who’s Who in the World 2015, 32nd Edition.

Dr. Arundhati Guha Thakurta is an Assistant Professor at the SVKM’s Narsee Monjee College of Management Studies (NMIMS), School of Design (SOD), Mumbai. For two years, she was an adjunct faculty at ISDI School of Design and Innovation, a curricular collaboration with Parsons School of Design, and at Nirmala Niketan-College of Home Science, Mumbai University. She has currently found her interest in user experience research and also teaching UX/UI in NMIMS-SoD. She is also heading the NMIMS-SoD Research cell to encourage students to publish work as part of the curriculum. She published research papers in international journals and participated in many national and international conferences. She is a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, with 11 years of experience in the field of Ergonomics and Human Factors. She did her Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Human Physiology with ergonomics and work physiology specialization from Calcutta University. She has hands-on experience in biomechanical design by providing solutions that allow biological and mechanical systems to function effectively. She is associated with the Indian Ergonomics Society, Humanizing work and work environment (HWWE) conferences, and IEOM Society International. She is a certified reviewer for Emerald-Sustainable Campus Publishers Network, IEOM Conferences, and HWWE Conferences. Her area of interest lies in Design Ergonomics, User Experience Design, and Research, Cognitive Ergonomics, Usability Design, Workplace, and Workstation Design. Her passion is to explore the application of ergonomic design in simplifying our day-to-day life.

Prof. Rekha Prasad is a retired professor from Institute of Management Studies (IM), Banaras Hindu University (BHU). She has done her B.Sc. (Mathematics Hons.) from Indian Institute o Technology, Kharagpur and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from BHU. She joined IM, BHU in 1987 as a assistant professor. Prior to that she has worked at Women’s College, BHU as a temporary assistant professor (teaching Mathematics to undergraduate students), Indian Council of Medical Research as a Research Associate (developing probability distribution for occurrence of various diseases), and IIT Kanpur as a Research Associate in an Indo-US Project entitled “Monsoon”. Core area of her competency are Quantitative Techniques, Operations Management, and Management Information Systems. She has done extensive research in the area of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and role of Information System in Relationship Marketing. She has published work both in Management and Mathematics. She has attended and presented papers in National and International Conferences. She has successfully supervised six Research Scholars. She is the life member of Indian Association of Teacher Educators. She was on the Editorial Board of BHU Management Journal n at present she is on the Editorial Board o Serbian Journal of Management (ISN 1452864, 22177159) and VIDUSHI (ISSN 0974 – 6374). She has been Dy. Coordinator, National Franchisees Training Program, which I an initiative under Tripartite MOU signed between BHU, REC (Rural Electrification Corporation), and PUVNL (Purvanchal) and Ministry of Power, Government of India. Dr. LEE Ka Man is currently an associate professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. She is the program leader of BSc(Hons) Enterprise Engineering with Management. She obtained her PhD and BEng degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her main research areas include Industrial Engineering, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Wireless Sensor and Actuator Network (WSAN), Cloud Computing and Big Data Analytics. As of now, Dr Lee has published over 130 articles in various international journals and seminars. She was awarded Silver Medal in the 47th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva in 2019 and Outstanding Paper Award of Emerald Network Awards in 2019. Dr Lee also serves as the Lab-in-Charge of PolyU’s Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory

Dr. Shazia is a proficient trainer who has conducted a wide range of Management related trainings in Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategy Management; HRM, at NGO/corporate level, along with implementing consultancy projects related to Organizational Development. She has successfully supervised 91 students of Masters in dissertation. She has been involved in collaborative research with various academic groups in Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia, and University of South Australia, Australia. Dr. Rajeev Agrawal has been actively involved in research & development (R&D) activities in engineering space. He is actively involved in bringing industry orientation to the engineering education system in India working with several industries, statutory bodies and other organizations.
Dr. Agrawal provides service to the industries (including SME industries) by sharing his expertise and competence of his experience to diagnose and solve industrial problems objectively in selected areas of industrial engineering, Auonomation and Automation. Dr. Agrawal research work focuses on Process Improvement initiatives for productivity enhancement. Through Consulting, Workshop & Training, he applies his skills and experience to those components that profoundly affect an organization’s performance and provide a direction for growth and success.
One of the objectives of his current research is to address conversion quickly for the production of new product by providing customized flexibility and can be improved , upgraded and reconfigured in response to fluctuating demands for automotive companies situated in India

Dr. Bernardo Nugroho Yahya is a Full Professor at the Data Analytics Program of the Industrial & Management Engineering Department, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, South Korea. His research interests are machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analysis, business process intelligence, process mining, pattern recognition and analysis, business model design and innovation. Dr. Bernardo Nugroho Yahya is the recipient of the grant funded by the Ministry of Education through NRF. He received Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Pusan National University, Busan, South Korea, Master of Engineering in Information System Engineering from Dongseo University, Busan, South Korea and Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Petra Christian University, Surabaya, Indonesia.
In the past, Dr. Yahya was in charge as a ERP and Information System Project leader on a multinational company in Surabaya, Indonesia. He is a proactive person and able to work in a team to achieve innovative result on the domain of Business Process Management, Data and Process Intelligence. Dr. Yahya did a lot of research on logistics process especially in a port management system. Currently his research topics have been diverged toward several areas such as Human Behavior Analysis, Future Business Models (Blockchain and Digital Transformation), and Content Recommendation.

Jorge A. Samayoa holds a B.S. in electronics and computer science, a M.S. in operations research, a M.S. in applied mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering. He has taught courses in several universities in Guatemala and the US and has more than 20 years of involvement in academia. In 2007 he was awarded the prestigious Fulbright-LASPAU scholarship to pursue his master’s degree at Texas A&M University and later his Ph.D. at Purdue University, where he developed the Calculus for Decision Systems (a generalized systems theory). Currently he is the director of the Operations Research Institute at Galileo University, where he and his team promote research and applications of Data Science to a wide variety of areas.
