IEOM Society International is organizing 3rd African International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Nigeria during April 5-7, 2022. Conference is planned with hybrid mode due to current COVID global pandemic. Host is University of Nigeria, Nsukka. The conference aims to provide a forum for academics, researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas and recent developments in the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. The conference is also expected to foster networking, collaboration and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. IEOM has successfully organized previous international conferences in Dhaka (2010), Kuala Lumpur (2011), Istanbul (2012), Bali (2014), Dubai (2015), Orlando (2015), Kuala Lumpur (2016), Detroit (2016), Rabat (2017), Bristol, UK (2017), Bogota (2017), Bandung (2018), Paris (2018), Washington DC (2018), Pretoria (2018), Bangkok (2019), Toronto (2019), Riyadh (2019), Dubai (2020), Detroit (2020), Harare (2020), Singapore (2021), Sao Paulo (2021), Haiti (2021), Harbin (2021) and Bangalore (2021).

Authors can submit full paper(s) or abstract(s) only. Authors MUST use the conference template to prepare papers or abstracts. IEOM Society encourages to submit full paper(s). All full papers will be subjected to double peer review. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings and indexed in SCOPUS. Any submission implies that an author will present the paper or abstract either virtual or oral presentation based on the situation.

ACCOMODATION

The University of Nigeria Nsukka operates a Presidential lodging facility and Guesthouses that cater for VIPs. Outside of the University, there are good hotels that can be used by physical participants.

AIRPORT

The Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu is the final destination for people that will be flying to Nsukka for the Conference. There are Bus/Car pickup facilities that can be activated either using UNN-Transroutes or other good transportation facilities.
