The IEOM Society International is organizing the 15th International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Singapore from February 18-20, 2025. Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is the host. The event will be held at the SUSS campus. The conference will provide an opportunity for academics, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and explore recent developments in the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. The conference is also expected to foster networking, collaboration, and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.

The IEOM Society International, a nonprofit professional organization registered in Michigan, USA, is a premier global platform dedicated to the advancement of industrial engineering and operations management discipline for the betterment of humanity. IEOM is a global platform for academics, researchers, scientists, and practitioners to exchange ideas. Double Peer Review

All full papers are subjected to double peer review. Authors can submit full paper(s) or abstract(s) only. Authors MUST use the conference template to prepare papers or abstracts. IEOM Society encourages to submit full paper(s).  Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings and indexed.

Presentation Requirements

Any submission implies that an author will attend the IEOM 2025 Singapore Conference and present the paper or abstract. It will be opened for questions and answers. Each technical paper presentation is for 15 minutes (12 min for presentation and 3 min for Q&A)

1. Single Author Registration: Each attendee must register and pay the registration fee individually.
2. Multiple Authors for One Article: If a paper has multiple authors (e.g., three authors) and all wish to attend, each author must register separately.
3. Each Registration: Each registration allows only one person to attend.
4. Accompanying Persons (Guest): Any accompanying persons must also register and pay the registration fee to attend.
5. Student and Professor Registration:
   • If an article (paper, abstract or poster) has both student and professor as authors, only one person may attend per registration.
   • Professors cannot attend using a student registration; they must register with the professional category.
   • If both or more authors (e.g., student and professor) are attending, each must complete separate registrations and pay according to their respective student or professional category.

Each paper must present a significant research contribution, encompassing:

1. Motivation of the Research: Clearly state the relevance of the research and its importance within the field.
2. Problem Statements and Objectives: Identify the specific problem(s) addressed and outline clear, measurable objectives.
3. Literature Review: Provide a comprehensive review of relevant research to establish the context and background.
4. Data: Describe the data sources, collection methods, and any preprocessing steps undertaken.
5. Methods: Detail the methodologies used, including the rationale behind their selection.
6. Results: Include both numerical and graphical results, effectively presenting key findings.
7. Statistical Analysis and Hypothesis Tests: Perform appropriate statistical tests to validate findings, presenting results with proper interpretation.
8. Research Validation: Demonstrate that each objective has been met through quantitative or qualitative analysis, confirming the reliability of the results.
9. Technical Writing Quality: Ensure the paper is well-written, free from spelling and grammatical errors, and follows a clear, logical structure.

Each paper and its abstract must strictly adhere to the IEOM Template for consistent formatting, including fonts, headings, and layout.
