IEOM Society is organizing 2nd African International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Harare, Zimbabwe during December 7-10, 2020. The conference aims to provide a forum for academics, researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas and recent developments in the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. The conference is also expected to foster networking, collaboration and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. Due to the global pandemic, the event will be virtual. If situation permits, some events will be held locally.

Authors can submit full paper(s) or abstract(s) only. Authors MUST use the conference template to prepare papers or abstracts. IEOM Society encourages to submit full paper(s). All full papers will be subjected to double peer review. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings and indexed in SCOPUS. Any submission implies that an author will deliver a virtual or an oral presentation of the paper or abstract. SELECTED PAPERS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN IJIEOM (International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management).
